4th period came to and end and the bell rang through the school. The halls became crowed with a sea of students making their way to lunch. Cheryl smiled as she grabbed her things and got off the couch, waiting for me to do the same.

"Oh, I'm just going to stay in here until lunch is over." I said quietly as I pushed my glasses back up to sit on my face properly.

"No you should come sit with my friends and I. They're really nice." She said gently.

"I-I don't want to intrude-"

"You won't. I promise." She insisted.

I sighed and put my backpack on as I stood up. "Okay." I whispered.

"Yes! Now come on!" She said as she grabbed my hand and walked me to the cafeteria.

Cheryl's POV

I owe Betty big time! Thank god she needed to take her test and I got to show Toni around!

The moment I saw Toni in the office I couldn't help but smile. She looked shy but she was super cute, and if I'm begin honest, hot. She was wearing glasses, a black overall dress with a thin white-lined pattern, a dark blue short sleeve, and her beautiful brown locks were pulled into a ponytail. Her hair was also tinged with calming pink highlights. Just everything about her was beautiful.

I was now holding her hand as I took her to lunch. I didn't really know if she was gay or not, but god I couldn't help myself. I could assume that she at least could be gay because she has a little rainbow colored heart patch on her backpack along with other patches that were simple flowers and cute insects. I'm probably getting my hopes up, but maybe I'll get lucky.

Toni's hand squeezed mine lightly as we entered the cafeteria, probably becoming more anxious and nervous. Her hand started getting really sweaty.

"Don't be nervous. It'll be okay." I whispered and she nodded. I let her hand go so that there wouldn't be more attention on Toni as we walked to my table. I took my usual seat next to Jason and I made room for Toni to sit next to me. Toni looked really nervous but everyone smiled at her.

"Oh hello!" Betty smiled. "You must be, Antoinette!" She added as she extended her hand. Toni smiled shyly and extended her shaky hand to shake Betty's.

"She goes by Toni, Betty. You probably would've learned that if you had done your job and showed her around." I joked with a playful smile.

"Oh I'm sorry that I had to finish that test." She giggled back.

"Eh it's fine. Only because I got a new friend out of it." I said as I smiled at Toni. "Toni, that's my cousin, Betty and next to her is her boyfriend, Archie." I explained. "Then thats my twin brother, Jason."

"Nice to meet you guys." She said quietly as she smiled lightly.

"Nice to meet you too, Toni!" Everyone else smiled.

"Thank god my bitch of a cousin didn't make you sit alone." Betty laughed.

"Hey! I'm not that bitchy!" I got defensive.
