Chp 7 : First Day Of Detention

I look at him. His words somehow caught my attention. "What do you mean, by change my mind?" I asked. He was going to answer then, suddenly a bus come.

I stand up and step in the bus. Today seems so full. There's only two empty seat at the last raw. Aigoo, what is this?

I went to the empty seat and sit at the seat next to the window. While, Taehyung come and sit next to me. "Mwoya(what is this)?" I asked him.

"What what? Can't you see? There's no available seat anymore." He said while pointing at the others unavailable seat. I look at him disbelieve and sigh after that. Not that I could do anything about it. Just let him be.

The whole time was quiet. An awkward quiet. I look outside. I keep thinking about what he said earlier. It caught me off guard. What did he mean by 'change my mind' things? Aigoo. I couldn't understand this.

I shook the thought away and started focus on the way.

"Let's go." I said to him when we reached the place. The place, from the bus stop just take 15 minutes actually. We step down the bus and I walked first, in front of him.

"Is the place far away?" He suddenly asked. I look at him with my blank face. "Not actua--" I was interrupted by the phone ringing. "Excuse me."

"Hello, babe." It must be his girlfriend's'. Haish, so much for a man like him. Not like I care or wanted so much to hear his conversation, I just overheard it, okay?

I look at him. "Ne, I have something to do now. I'll just see you later. Bye babe." He ended the phone call. I stare at him. "Stop staring, I know I'm handsome." "Playboy" I said with annoyed tone and walked away.

"What did you just called me?" He asked. We are now, walking side by side to the orphanage. I turn right, so do him. "Nothing." I denied.

"Liar. I heard you said something." He still not going to surrender yet, doesn't he? I continue walking. "Then?" I asked.

"I heard--" I stopped walking.

"We're here." I cut his words, so that he can't talk. He talked too much today. He look at me with his usual blurr face. But, its okay. Its cute. Eh? Wait, wait. Its not cute sorry. What am I thinking? Am I going crazy?

"Let's go in."

I walked into the place and was greeted by an old lady in between my mom ages. "Ahnyonghasaeyo. I am Suh So Won." She said. We both greeted back to her and bow 90°. "Why are student like you coming here?" She asked.

"Urm, we were actually.." Taehyung tried to talk but he seems lost of words. "We come here because of Byun Joon Oppa, Mrs Suh. I am Yoon Nadia and this is Kim Taehyung." She look at me then, at Taehyung and smiled. "Ah~„ I remember he did called me earlier about this. Ouh yeah, you can come to my office. Here, this way." She said. We nodded and followed her to her office.

She opened the door of her office and walked in. We just followed. "Please sit down first."

A minutes after, she comes again with a file at her hand. "Byun Joon said that he had something this one month. He didn't have time to come here. Actually, its okay if he didn't come but I know, as an 'Appa' here, he will miss his children a lot. Children at this orphanage are really closed to him and his fiancée. Accept for this one kid." She stopped talking. She take out a photo album and show us a picture.

"Who is he?" Tae asked. She look at Taehyung. "He is Bang Jae In. A few month ago, he lost his parents in car accident. He only 4 years old. Byun Joon tried really hard to talk to him but never got chance. He didn't want to open up. Maybe because he new." We stay silent hearing her stories. I bit my lips. He had the same past as Byun Joon Oppa. I look at the kid, he's cute. Pretty eyes.

"So, what are the actually things we should do here?" Taehyung asked again. "Haha, you're really eager." She comment. "Ah~, ne." He said, rubbing his nape of embarrassing.

"Byun Joon always company them to eat, play, reading stories. Once in a month, he will bring them to the beach. But first, you guys can know them first." She said, standing up from her seat. We stand up too and followed her out of the room.
