"Y/n!" his voice was repressed by the loud noise from the school hall. "Y/n!" I grimaced at the thought of others being present at that moment, listening and feeling sorrowful for me.

I successfully escaped him, ignoring all those uncomfortable stares that I received while bumping into others.

The way he looked at me...No! Snap out of it Y/n! Forget him! Just forget him...!

~ 14.30 PM ~

As glad as I was for successfully avoiding everyone and bluntly answering others with the usual sentence "I'm fine", I didn't escape the next message that appeared on my phone. 

"Such a bad timing..." I murmured, while I was trying to catch my breath.

 I obviously wasn't prepared for a run around the school like a maniac, that's for sure.

Simple enough, Anonymous. It seems I'm now treasure hunting.

I sluggishly went to my last class, which was unfortunately math. And it got even worse. Our class was held by a substitute professor Akainu .

I internally whined to myself. Why isn't Smoker teaching us? He's at least fun to tease!

Oh well...At least I would have enough time to think about this "riddle".

After 45 minutes of living hell, Akainu being the ruler of that hellish place, I happily dragged myself to the highest point of the building. The library.

When I stepped into the familiar space, the smell of old books and newly painted walls, greeted me. It was quiet as per usual, most of the students sitting in the corner and using the free wi-fi which was available for everyone. That was the principal's idea. Shanks thought that if he installed the connection to the internet, kids would just roam into the library.

To me it seemed like bribing them, but to him it was like a silent encouragement.

I shook my head and again focused on my task. I had to find that X.

"Y/n?" A voiced chimed. I abruptly turned around, only to be taken away by the happy librarian.

"Do you need any help?"

"No. I'm just looking for something..." My voice trailed off.

"Anything specific?" She continued being persistent.

"No." I paused, hating wave of guilt that swept through me, and added: "Thank you."

She nodded and proceeded to her desk.

I closed my eyes and pressed my fingers on my temples, trying to order my thoughts- 

Did he meant by War and Peace a book? Surely, it must be that. At least I can try. 

I sighed and opened my eyes. I traced to the dead end of the library and began searching for the required clue.

When I reached to the dusty book, a small paper slipped from some pages and an X decorating the front cover. 

Clue: Roses are red, violets are blue. Run and take a look near the shoes.

It's number: The answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything.

I smiled a bit at the sentence. I didn't know if that was just pure coincidence or what, but 42 meant just that. And... well come on...shoes? The answer was so obvious! Lockers!

I sprinted down again, this time my breathing creeping towards hyperventilation as I approached the metal wardrobe.

Shaking with enthusiasm I typed in the number and with one click, I fiercely opened the door. When I opened it, bunch of rose petals fell down on the floor leaving me with another white paper. A second letter.

I grew more and more tense when the overly illuminated screen showed me a mail that I received.
