Into the Dark | kris x reader [DISCONTINUED]

When I woke up, I felt arms wrapped tightly around my body. My face was nuzzled into something warm. My body was aching so bad that I couldn't move. I couldn't open my eyes, I couldn't do anything.

"Y/N?" It was Kris.

His arms let go of me and I felt cold. ... Because it was cold on the cliffs.

"Oh my god! That looks nasty..." I heard Susie from out of nowhere.

"I think it's gotten worse." Kris spoke up.

"Yeah well no duh! She's even paler than before!" Susie blurted out. "That's it. Kris get on my back," She sighed.

What is she doing?

Then I felt two arms lift me into their arms. It must be Susie. Her arms felt different to Kris'.

"Hang in there, Y/N." I heard her say. All of a sudden she starts... jumping? No. Running? I think she is. Its a bumpy ride and I feel the air shift around me.

"Aren't you going to get Ralsei?" Kris' small voice cuts through the silent air.

"No time," And she continues running.

"Why is that dummy so creepy?" I hear Susie say. What dummy? I think back to seeing a dummy. ... I don't think I have.

Susie carried on, quietly commenting on things she thought were stupid.

"Susie stop and go through that door," Kris ordered.

Susie must of did as he said, because as we passed through, the atmosphere changed completely. One minute we were rushing, and the next it feels completely silent yet tranquil.

"Now go to that way. That's where the hammer guy is." He added. A couple seconds of silence passed by and I felt a hard surface beneath me.

"Oh, what do we have here? A broken lightner?" A voice spoke up.

"Our friend Y/N was hurt and we need you to fix her." Kris said.

"Well you've come to the right hammer. I can fix anything. Ranging from weapons to people." Their voice was proud, but respectful and deep.

"Place her right here and she'll be fixed in no time." Susie slightly lifted me and dragged my body into a specific position.

Like they said, in no time, I felt a soft rubber surface bang against my body. They did this twice, just to make sure I was fixed properly. A loud squeak rang out and I was surprised. I really wasn't expecting it.

My body felt lighter and I was less tired then before. I reached up and touched my stomach, poking it just to be sure that I couldn't feel the cramps from before.

I opened my eyes and saw the dark sky. It was pitch black, like my mind when I was with W.D Gaster.

"Y/N?" I twisted my neck to look at my two friends.

"Hey," I waved, and they waved back.

"Hey, your bruise is gone as well!" Susie cheered. Kris held out his hand for me to take in which I took gratefully. I touched my forehead and felt nothing.

I looked at the hammer. I remember seeing them last time I passed through here. They were a bright red hammer, half-closed golden eyes and a weak grin. The lower part of their body was just a pair of dull green and navy blue legs crossed over eachother.

"Thank you." I smiled weakly and they shook their head.

"It's not problem at all. My name is Malius, come back whenever." If he had hands, he'd probably wave at us as we walked away. We walked away from the room and closer to the Bake Sale.

"You know what? He was like that one cat shopkeeper but more lively." Susie laughed.

I nodded, even if comparing people wasn't necessarily a good thing.

"Where do we go now?" I ask.

"Hmm.." Kris hummed in thought. I only realised now that our fingers were interlocked with each others and my face burned slightly.

"We should go to Card Castle." Susie proposed instantly.

"What about Ralsei?" I ask.

"I know. Y/N can come with me and you can go to Lancer." Kris finished.

"But you're always with Y/N." Susie whined childishly.

"... Well you're always with Lancer," Kris retorted.

"She's coming with me," Susie grabbed my wrist and pulled me to her side. But Kris' hand was still around mine, so he pulled me to his side after.

"No she's coming with me," He growled.

Susie pulled me to her side and Kris repeated the action as well. This went on for a couple minutes until I had enough.

"You guys!" I snapped. They both stopped what they were doing and stared at me.

"Maybe I can make my own decision..?" I suggested.

".. Okay fine. Walk to me to go to Lancer, or walk to Kris to go and get Ralsei." She said.

I looked at Kris, who stood there silently, as usual. Then I looked at Susie, who's jaw was clenched tightly together, and her eyes were full of hope.

I let go of Susie's hand. I tried to let go of Kris' but he wouldn't let go.

"Uhh.. Kris? You can let go of my hand now," I rugged at my hand, but he kept our fingers locked together.

"No.." He muttered. "I want you to come with me," He said a bit louder.

I took my free hand and pulled his fingers from mine, separating our hands completely.

"Not when you're acting like that." I stated. I walked over to Susie and waved at Kris.

"See you later!" And we walked through the door.
