Wake me up before you go-go

   "And Aami?"

   "We wondered if Cybertronians grew up the same way humans did. We noticed the child that hung around you and figured we'd take the free resources. We'll be studying how she matures and grows like one of them."

   "You'll do no such thing!" You shout, tugging on your restraints.

   "Uh uh uh." Silas wagged his finger at you, smirking. You wanted to slap that grin off his face. "We want to know how they mature and grow, but we can always scrap this project if you misbehave." Some of the soldiers stood by Aami and pointed special guns at her. She stared up at you. You stared down at them.

   "What do you want me to do?" You growled. Your optics thinned as you glared. "I don't kill people. And I don't like hurting 'me unless I really 'ave to."

   "And you won't need to kill people. MECH will do the killing when we have to. You just need to do what you do best: sneak in unnoticed and steal materials we need," the man assured you. "We've given you the power to expel more volts than a generator and grappling hooks that you can be shot from your servos. Your servos can turn into guns. You'll be able to fly as a jet and fight like them. Of course, you can't do it right now, as we're keeping them disabled until we can properly test you."

   You were intrigued and a little angry. Could the others do all that? How much of this was things the other Cybertronians could do and how much did MECH customize?

   "What else can you tell me about these other Cybertronians?" You asked, curiously. You listened to Silas, taking every word that left hips lips with a grain of salt.

   The Cybertronians were in a war between the Autobots and Decepticons. MECH had already captured and/or run into some, like Optimus Prime and his team, Arcee, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, and their medic Ratchet. Decepticons they'd met included Starscream, Breakdown, and Airachnid. There wasn't much else MECH had gathered. MECH was more interested in what made the bots than their history.

   "Me and my team are going to run some more tests. It's time for you and your little one to rest again." Silas shouted a few more orders to his officers before turning and walking away.

   You looked to Aami and gave her a reassuring smile. Fear seemed to ease in her expression just a little. You relaxed against the wall.

   You and Aami would escape this hellhole. You'd just have to wait for the opportunity to present itself.

"Rise and shine, Y/N. It's time for testing," Silas sang.

"Look at me," You groaned as your systems onlined, "I'm jumping for joy." Silas only chuckled at your sass.

   You glanced over at Aami as your optics adjusted themselves. She was waking up to, yawning adorably. You sent her a reassuring smile when you caught her optics.

You looked over at the giant double doors. The sky was blue and somewhat cloudy. You then looked down at Silas.

"Release them," the leader of MECH ordered. A crowd of men with guns surrounded you as the restraints keeping you to the wall released you. You stepped forwards, a small smile on your faceplates. You rubbed at your sore spots. You were sad to see your little girl still attached to the wall.
