"Yeah, I took her out to help her meet some new people. She seemed to have found a few new friends."

"That's good, but next time stay sober when you take someone with you. Especially if they're not 21 yet and just new to the city." She warned me and I chuckled softly.

"I was very sober until I arrived home. I got drunk at home on my own."

"Bad night?" She asked me a little worried. I told her everything that happened with him, I told her how he hurt me and what he did. She knows how much I loved him, she knows that I saw a long future with him. "Please tell me you didn't drunk call him?" She said when my reply took too long. "Elle are you serious?" She asked when me face changed

"I didn't just drunk call him, he came over and I threw myself at him. He left me a note to tell me to delete his number." I said and she laughed softly at the last part. "I hate myself for doing this, don't worry." I said to her and she nodded slowly before her eyes darted to the door. "Time to get back to work?" I asked her and she nodded.

I took my phone and read a few school mails from parents while I waited for my eggs. I knew the other customers would get their orders first so it sometimes took a while.

I didn't look up when someone sat down next to me until I heard the British accent loud and clear. I looked to my side to see Jackie with a red headed friend so I left her alone.

I could see Amber coming over to us and she looked at me with the biggest smile so I held up my hand to high five her and she laughed while doing it.

"Hey Jackie and friend of Jackie." She said as she stood infront of them. "What can I get you?" She asked while she held up the notepad, ready to write their order down.

"A black coffee and the plain pancakes for me please." The redhead said with a friendly voice

"Black coffee and plain pancakes for Jackie's friend." Amber repeated while scribbling it down. "Do you want the usual Jackie?" She asked before looking at her

"That would be great, thank you Amber" Jackie said and she nodded happily

"Pancakes with nutella and a coffee with 1 sugar cube and milk." She said and Jackie nodded now before Amber turned around and went to give the order to kitchen before making their coffees. "How was the party? Did you meet nice people?" She asked Jackie and I.

"It was amazing" I replied and she smiled widely. "You should come with me again next time."

"Yes! I'd love that." She replied so excited before bringing the cups of coffee to Jackie and her friend, who glared at me very intensly.

"I'm going again next friday, Marie and Alexa will be there too." I said and she looked so excited, "You're welcome too Jackie and your friend too."

"I'd love to come again." She said and Amber seemed very happy with that too

"No you're not." Her friend corrected her and I now looked at him with a glare, "You're not 21, you're not supposed to go to clubs yet."

"Oh so you're one of her baby sitters." I said when I looked at him and I waited until Amber went to a customer. "Look, my sister is going to be there so I have to be sober all night. I'm perfectly fine babysitting both her and Jackie, not that Jackie needs a babysit. She was perfectly fine last night until your friend interrupted." I said and he just glared at me, the way his eyes locked with mine, I had to look away from him for a second. Or just really look anywhere but at his eyes. "I invited you too, didn't I? So you're welcome to come too and watch with your own eyes that the clubs I go to are alright." I said when I got myself together. I couldn't show any fear now.

"I'm going, if you like it or not." Jackie defended herself.

"I do have a parent teacher night so I can't go before 10." I said to Jackie while I ignored the glares of her still unnamed friend.

"It's alright" she said with a nod and the guy was still glaring at me. "Hey Amber, do you want to come over for pizza before we go out? I could help you with your hair and make up if you want."

"Would you want to do that?" She asked so excited and I smiled softly while looking at her. It made me happy to see how Jackie talked to Amber.

"Ofcourse, the shop is open till 7 so do you want to come over around 8? Then you have time to go home and have a shower first and get your clothes." Jackie suggested and Amber nodded

"Thank you Jackie" she said and she looked so happy to be included and invited. She walked around the shop with the biggest smile now and giggled to herself inbetween taking orders and making coffees.

My mom came over to us with our orders and placed a plate with eggs and bacon put into a smiley infront of me. I laughed at it softly but I was so thankful for it, I was starving.

I got a few more glares from Jackie's babysitter while I just tried to eat but she hit him in the shoulder every time she noticed it. There was something about the relationship between the two of them that I wasn't able to figure out. But I could see it was so different from the way she treated the two of yesterday.

I wonder if he's the boyfriend her sister followed here. I wonder if their darkness has the same name.

It's my 21st birthday tomorrow (2august) so this is my birthday gift to you guys.
