Chapter 22

"What happened?" She asks, her voice sounding scared

"T-Taehyung and I fought and h-he...please come get me" You say, pleading. You were scared of standing out in the dark on some random street

Especially since Baekhyun was a few blocks away

"I'm on my way" You hear her grab her keys and the call ends. You wrap your arms around yourself as you sit on the edge of the road, waiting

You understood Taehyung's anger but why would he leave you out here alone? The day had been so hectic you had no idea what to do at all

First brownies, then calls from his ex, thw hospital and now this

You rest you head on your knees, hiding yourself. You patiently wait but it ends once you hear distant notices

Someone was walking down the road rather than the sidewalk. It was him. Baekhyun

He had a sick grin painted on his face as he tip toed to you, as if he knew you were stuck in the area. He had rope in his hand and you saw as it dragged along the cold cement as he slowly walked

You hear a car's motor nearby and you bolt, knowing it was Jisoo. You hear Baekhyun's yells in the distance as he closes in on you

You see her mother's car and dash up to it, not waiting a second for her to pull into the rich neighborhood

You lock the doors and you see Baekhyun walk up to the car, slamming his fist on the front. Jisoo screams and hits the gas pedal, reversing out of the place

You look out the window seeing him running behind before stopping and throwing his hands in frustration. You can only look at Jisoo as she stares back, shocked

"Y/N-ah. W-wha-" You burst out in tears and put your face in your hands. She reaches out, patting your head with one hand while driving with the other

You sat on Jisoo's family couch as Jisoo brought you a cup of warm tea. You pulled you hands out of the cocoon of blankets she had layed on you

She looks at you and you know that she wants to know what happened while you were apart

And you told her. Although she wasn't the best friend. She still had the right to know after her mom's car had gotten a dent in it

She sat through it all, looking at you sadly as you explained the events that took place today

"Y/N. I know this apology is long overdue but before anything else, I just want to say I'm so sorry. I knew you liked Taehyung and yet I kissed him and I just continued to be so terrible. I wish I could erase all that. I r-really do" She tears up in shame but you hug her

"I forgive you. It will take a while for me to get back into how we were but I hope we will be close like we used to be in the future" She smiles, accepting it

"But for now IM GONNA BEAT YO ASS" She says, hitting you on the arm, playfully

"W-wait! Why!?" You place your tea down and she sighs frustrated

"Y/N, you're so smart and yet you rejected the man you love?" You were about to interject but she shushes you

"Y/N, I get it. You care for him. But when all he wants is you and all you want is him, you have to give your heart what it wants. You have gone through so much with him and everytime you both pulled through, together" She grabs your hands

"When a man is willing to give up his everything for you, he's proved that he loves you. Taehyung's everything is his fans and he's willing to give up their love for him as long as you're with him"

"B-but his career" You mumble and she looks at you, upset

"Girl! He will be fine! If anything you will only improve him. You're his happiness. He has meaning with you. If he has you by his side, his life will continue to glow brightly. Without you, he'll be upset. Do you think fans would be happy if he was sad? No!"
You nod, understanding

"Alright. That's enough for today. It's been rough for you. We can talk more tommorow. Come on" She pulls you to her room

You shake your head "No it's fine. I'll walk to my place"

"Bish are you dumb? You got kidnapped at your own house! You're staying with me until you're safe again. We'll go to school together and we can pick up some of your stuff on the way" You nod and lay on one side of her bed

You and her had many sleepovers as kids so this wasn't weird to you. You felt safe. You look at your phone
