"fine I guess. My head hurts a little but I guess that what happens when you crack it open." Hyuck giggled a little at his own comment. Mark on the other hand had gone quiet. How was Hyuck so chilled out after what he had said before?

"Hyuck, im sorry" Mark looked down at his hands as he played with his bracelet. He noticed Hyucks wasn't on his wrist but decided not to say anything for now.

"sorry doesn't fix everything Mark" Hyuck sighed. Mark would never understand how Hyuck felt. He felt all alone. He had lost the two people he was closest with. He could no longer trust the two people he was the closest with.

Mark understood what Hyuck said, he was right. He knew it would take more than saying sorry to get Hyuck back and he was willing to do whatever it took. How he was going to do it, he still wasn't sure.

The two sat in silence. Their first awkward silence since the first day they met. It was deadly. Neither wanted to be the one to break it.

"Mark..." Hyuck got Marks attention as the boy snapped his head up to look at the younger. "I think you should leave" Hyuck finished. He didn't want Mark there. All he wanted to do was kiss the boy and accept his apolgie, but he couldn't. Not after how bad he was hurt. Not after what Hyuck went through. Nothing would be that simple for a long time afterwards.

Mark looked at the boy blankly, not sure what to do. He didn't want to leave the boy alone, not that he wanted to leave him at all, but definatley not alone.

"I'll call Taeyong Hyung and leave when he gets here. I'm not leaving you alone again." Mark said pulling out his phone and calling the older boy.

Hyuck was grateful that Mark didn't leave him alone. He wanted anything but to be alone right now, he just couldn't stand to be in a room with just Mark.

Mark called Taeyong and said that he had some stuff to do and he didn't want to leave Hyuck alone. He wasn't lying, he did have stuff to do. Luckily Taeyong understood and said that someone would be there soon.

Mark hung up and sat back down next to Hyuck. "I brought your teddy here yesterday" Mark said, just trying to kill off the silence that had crept back in.

"I know Taeyong told me. Thanks." Hyuck said nodding at the statement. "do you know where my stuff is, my phone was in my pocket and I had my bracelet on" Hyuck said as his wrist was beginning to feel bare. He wasn't planning on wearing it though. The two had broken up anyways.

"umm, yeah, I have your phone. I'm not sure about your bracelet though, are you sure you had it on?" Mark asked, handing Hyuck his phone.

"yeah pretty sure, it was the closest thing I had to you because your jumper didnt sme-" Hyuck cut himself off before he could get any further, realising how sad what he was saying sounded.

"oh, I don't know, I can ask the doctor if she knows if you want" Mark said. He knew what the younger was going to say but he didn't want to mention anything, though he did think it was cute that he had worn the jumper that much. It also made him feel bad because he had told Hyuck to wear it when he missed Mark, and Mark had taken the last step to pushing them apart.

Mark stood up and walked out of the room to the desk, "hey, I was wondering if I could collect the personal belongings of Lee Donghyuck?" Mark asked being greeted by a smile as the lady stood up and unlocked a locker wich had all of Hyucks things in it, including the blood stained t-shirt. "thank you" Mark said as he smiled and turned to walk back to the room, the smile soon disappearing as he looked at the shirt.

Mark handed Hyuck the bag of his things wich he found the bracelet. Hyuck held the bracelet out to Mark. Mark looked up at Hyuck confused.

"we are not going out anymore" Hyuck stated as the boy reluctantly took the bracelet in his hand. He quickly put it in his pocket and removed his own without Hyuck seeing.

Hyuck was too busy looking at the blood on the t-shirt. "damn, I realy blead didn't I" Hyuck said looking at the stain that completely covered the neck and made its way down the back slightly.

"Yeah you did, I ended up with blood all over my arm by the time the paramedics came" Mark laughed awkwardly at first till Hyuck joined in before going silent.

"thank you Mark" Hyuck said quietly as he looked at the stain rembering little snipits of what happened that morning. "and I'm sorry, I didnt mean to, I was just in so much pain I thought I'd rather be dead than suffer. I'm sorry" Hyuck said as tears began to form in his eyes.

Once he noticed the tears Mark ran next to the boy and hugged him as Hyuck wept on his shoulder. The feeling was familiar to the point when Mark found it comforting, not the fact that Hyuck was crying, but the way his head fit into Marks neck like a puzzle.

Hyuck finally pulled away when Taeil and Johnny walked through the door. He gave them a soft smile as Mark got up and left the room.

No words were traded between the two of them but Mark could feel in the hug that it wasn't the same, Hyuck was more reluctant to hug him back. Hyuck needed time and Mark was willing to give him as much as he needed.

Johnny and Taeil stayed with Hyuck for the rest of the day, even when the doctor was questioning what had happened.

Hyuck told them about his nightmares and explained everything from before to after coming back from tour. He also explained why he ended up overdosing and the doctors ruled it as an accidental suicide attempt (if that's a thing) because it wasn't planned and the intention wasn't to end his life.

The boys chilled out in the room for the day, playing different games, getting caught up as they hadn't seen each other for just over a week.

By the time Taeyong walked in at 8:45pm Hyuck had fallen asleep with his head resting on Johnnys chest as he sat next to him, and Taeil sat to the side watching the movie they had put on.

Taeyong smiled at the unusual sight but thought the two looked cute so he took a photo on his phone. He sat next to Taeil who explained that Hyuck had a breakdown over the whole thing. About how he didn't mean to hurt anyone and just wanted the pain to go, so Johnny comforted him and they put on the movie wich both boys fell asleep to.

Taeyong looked at the boys and frowned a little. "at least he is resting" Taeyong said. Him and Taeyong sat till the end of the movie when Taeil agreed to leave so they could leave Johnny asleep and Taeyong could watch over them.

Meanwhile, all day Mark was planning on how to get Hyuck to trust and feel comfortable around him again. He even asked Jungwoo, Lucas, Yuta and winwin to help because between them they had all been though a fair share of fights and breakups that got back together. In the end, they had the perfect plan that Mark was almost 100% sure was going to work.

Had a bit of trouble writing this part. I wrote over 2000 words then deleted it to about 100 because I didn't like it.
