Medix: *continuing the assignment like his team isn't there*

Wedge: *literally on the floor, closely looking at Medix's pedes* dang he totally should keep his pedes like this and not go back to stilettos.

Medix: *at the Academy pretending to be sick, watching his beloved team and teachers work together to save many humans from a mudslide*

Wedge: *as rain falls and he and Hoist are working on evacuating more humans* great day for the mayor to host a firework show on a hill that frequently gets mudslides after some hard rain.

Heatwave: *as he's working with Boulder in blocking the mud* welcome to Griffin Rock.

Chase: *sees the last of the humans and then kneels down when they need to speak to him* he what?! Heatwave! Hotshot's trapped in the mud!

Medix: *not on comm* WHAT?! *frantically checks the monitors and almost panics when he can't see anything*

Blades: *shines a light at the mud and sees a still body* I see him!! Whirl! Keep a light on me so that I can get him!

Whirl: got it mom! *shines a light as Blades goes in to save his baby*

Heatwave: *shoots some foam above Blades so that the mud can go around him*

Blades: thank you sweetspark! *quickly picks up his baby and gets out of there*

Boulder: *opens up the groundbridge after Chase gives the all clear* let's get him back to the Academy.

Recruits and Rescue Bots: *immediately go through*

Blades: I'm taking Hotshot to the medbay n-

Medix: *almost falls down the stairs from how fast he ran over there* is he alright????

Wedge: wait did you just-

Medix: yes I just talked, but right now this *points at a damaged Hotshot* is more important than me completing a dare! *easily takes Hotshot into his arms and holds him bridal style* oh sweetspark.... I'm so sor-

Hotshot: *groans slightly as he onlines slowly* w....what happened....?

Medix: HOTSHOT! *kisses him fiercely* oh honey I'm so glad you're okay!!!

Blades: *to Medix* Medbay. Now.

Medix: *runs off toward the medbay with Hotshot in his arms and Blades close behind*

Hotshot: *sounding hungover* wait.... did you just talk to us....? Did you not complete the dare?

Medix: *as he kicks down the door to the medbay* yes. I broke.

Hotshot: *as Medix gently lays him down on the medical berth* oh gosh really? Baby I'm so sorry-

Medix: *lovingly cups his cheek* please don't apologize for this. You got injured for saving others. I simply couldn't stand there and ignore that. Especially if the injured is the one I love most dearly.

Blades: alright you two... I need to assess the injured. Medix, sweetie, the camera is waiting for you.

Medix: right... *steals another kiss from his jock and then hesitantly walks away from him*

Whirl: *waiting outside with the camera* by the way, your 2 days ended when we left for the rescue.

Medix: *immediately pokes his helm back into the medbay and looks directly at Hotshot* fuck you sweetspark.

Medix: *slams the door when Hotshot bursts out laughing, immediately followed by a pained 'owowowowowow.....'*

Whirl: *wheezing* come on Medix, let's go fix your pedes as we wait for mom to be done torturing Hotshot!

Medix: sounds good to me *walks with Whirl* by the way, I'm never forgiving you about the comment you made about my "rack"

Hotshot: *yelling from the medbay* HEY AT LEAST IT'S A NICE RACK!

Whirl: *dying of laughter as Medix facepalms, hard*
