entropy will kill us all.
the earth we're in
will be no more.
the leaves will wither,
the grounds shall quake.
whilst we hold hands
towards a merciless core.the universe stretches
against a seamless unknown:
a void of unwanted oblivion.
decimation arrives grappling
everything mankind owned.
but stars will fade
just as time will sink.
so savour that sip
and go to sleep.millions of forgotten halley's,
the paperweight of existence
equates an insignificant plot.
though towed lids drift
in eternal jet-black eventide,
your windlass daunts not;
heaved, an ocular curtain call!as the end commences,
soon the orbits dance again.
cosmic dusts bloom yet a petal,
calculating revolutions
an icy tail must have trailed.
and when photons dive
a meatus for neural worlds,
you're the only one i want alive,
despite the cacophonic chords.
