Julie

I remember seeing the girl on the other side of the stream, she seemed lost, when I called her name so looked around panicked.

"Hello? Please get help!"

I was confused but did as she requested. We run into the opening, the girl was squatted by the stream, she looks up her eyes glazed,

"Hello?"

"(Y/N)!"

The girl stands up, her face flushed in relief,

"Dwight thank the gods."

"Are you ok!?"

Dwight as and he runs over, she smiles and shrugs,

"I've been better, but I can't see a way out,"

I walk over, her glazed eyes snap to me,

"Frank!?"

"No, I'm Julie."

She looks away disappointed.

"What do you mean you can't see a way out?"

Susie ask from beside Dwight.

"Well everything behind me looks normal but over this creek is just a large wall."

"Mind games probably."

Susie says. Dwight reaches his arm over the creek scared he may lose his arm, he screams and falls back.

"Dwight you ok!?"

Susie and I race to him,

"Theres so many people over there,'

I look over, no there wasn't. Susie helps Dwight up, I stand up and walk over to the creek, (Y/N) dead eyes watching me. I push my hand across the creek, I gasp, he was right. At least fifty other people stood in the other side, many looked the same, ages ranged. I pull back,

"W-what the!?"

"You saw them too!?"

I nod. (Y/N) looked behind her and turn back around, confusion on her face.

"Saw what?"

"Ghosts kinda, faded, younger looking versions of the survivors."

"(Y/N) just jump."

"But I can't see,"

Susie shakes her head,

"Doesnt matter, we'll catch you."

"Dont please don't!"

We all turn to look at a smaller version of (Y/N), crutches, which were way too big for her frail body on either side of her.

"If you do, It will know!"

We were all confused on what we were seeing, the small girl clutched to (Y/N)'s shirt.

"I remember..."

I look at (Y/N) as she starts to mumble to herself.

"He plans to kill you, kill you all permanently!"

Dwight falls out of Susies grasp,

"Jamie?"

The ghost like girl nodded,

"Your just entertainment till he grows weak."

Dwight begins to whimper. (Y/N) stumbles back when the girl lets go of her shirt. I catch her as she tumbles to this side of the creek. I help (Y/N) to her feet, her eyes no longer glazed,

"If you continue to mess up his plans he will kill you all, or make you kill each other."

"We know not to hurt each other, we wouldn't!"

The girl shakes her head at Dwights,

"You underestimate It, It messes with your head, how else do you think It tricked you to come here."

(Y/N) seemed to be lost in thought, the girl shakes her head and disappears. Dwight starts to bite his nail and whimpers.

"Let's go find Frank."

"Are you mad!? Didn't you hear what the girl said,"

Dwight starts to craddle himself,

"We should head back why we still have a chance."

"Not without Frank!"

I yell, making everyone jump, (Y/N) looks up at me and smiles,

"I agree, not without Frank."

Susie eventually agrees, Dwight was still iffy on the idea, but the thought of walking back to his camp by himself scared him more.

"Either way I'm going to die.."

He mumbles stuffing his hands into his trouser pockets. (Y/N) smiles at her friend.

"Ok where to next?"

Susie asks, twiddling her ruler-blade in her hand, Dwight drenched in sweat beside her, his eyes watching the weapon. I chuckle.

"Well he's clearly not her, or back there..."

Dwight throws his head into his hands and started to sob, he points over the creek,

"We have to go deeper don't we?"

We all nod, Dwight cries out, I start to cross the creek, tempting to raise my hands above my head in case I got attacked, but they remaind by my side.

Dwight looks at us from the other side, fear painted on his face. I notice (Y/N)'s eyes glaze over as she crosses over yet again.

He steps forward timidly,

"I'm gunna so regret this...!"
