She let out a little giggle, "Alpha can you pretty please make my mummy better? They told me you were magic! Pretty, pretty please Mr Alpha?" She whispered in my ear, her little voice hopeful.
"Well, of course, I can," I replied, sending the little girl into a spiral of happiness. "What's your mother's name? I'll see what I can do,"
"Mila!" A voice from behind me shouted, I turned and saw a rugged looking man, maybe five years older than me. "Mila what are you doing!" The man had the exact same hair colour as the little girl in my arms.
As soon as he noticed who was holding his daughter he looked down, before leaning over and grabbing her out of my arms, "I'm so sorry Alpha King, she just wanted to talk to you, I must have looked away for a moment-"
"It's fine," I cut him off, my face easy, showing his that no harm was done. "Really, I don't mind at all."
He let out a sigh of relief before putting Mila back on the ground, "Mila, go back over to nana and pop, I'll see you in a second."
Mila gave him a toothy smile before running back off to who I would assume was her grandparents.
I looked back at the man, "If you don't mind saying, why is your mate here?"
His eyes were quickly overcome with pain and sorrow. "My mate... she was caught in the bombing, she was out doing some shopping and mustn't've seen it." He quickly explained, the heartbreak evident in his voice.
"I could only imagine what you're going through," I told him honestly. "I'll see what I can do about it, what's your mate's name?"
"Evalina Irvine, Alpha King, She should be in room 87." He replied excitedly, "Thank you so much! It would mean so much to Mila..."
I placed a hand on his shoulder, "I am your king. It is my duty, I'll see to it that Evalina is treated as soon as possible."
"Alpha King! I was waiting for your arrival!" The jolly, upbeat voice of doctor Kingston rung in my ear. "Come! I will show you the patients rooms and we can make a start."
I gave a nod to the doctor before taking one last look at the man, offering him a smile and then turning away to face the doctor.
"So how many were wounded," I asked casually as he pushed open the door, taking us into the hallway which connected the rooms.
"Fifteen, Your majesty, But most are expected to make a full recovery." He replied, his voice unchanging.
"Do you mind sending in extra help for a Mrs Evalina Irvine? I believe she was one of your wounded. Please make sure that she is healed as soon as possible." I addressed, the command clear in my voice.
"Of course Your Majesty. I'll send in someone right away!"

After seeing the patients, I felt much more relaxed. Some injuried were more severe than then the others, but I could see that every single patient would recover.
"How long until they should be released?" I asked the doctor.
"I'm not too sure. Not as soon as it would usually be. We have a suspicion that the bomb contain traces of silver, so the progress has been slowed down. We checked their blood, and it did come back postive for silver, the ones found closer to the bomb had a higher percentage of silver. But from this point, I would think maybe another week or two." Dr Kingston replied, ticking off something on the piece of clipboard he held in front of him.
Not much could kill a wolf, especially a wolf that wasn't a rogue. The most effective way to kill a wolf was the use of an Angel Blade, but silver was dangerous too, usually used to weaken a wolf enough to make the final killing blow much easier.
