i wake up to the sound of my my phone blowing up. people kept tagging me in a post.
i open my phone to see that noah posted a gross picture of me sleeping. i turn over to face him, but realize he's not there anymore.

i send him a text because i'm to lazy to get up and go find him.

then i hear foot steps walking towards my room, then my door opens.

"it's adorable and i don't care if you think otherwise" noah giggles.

"and get dressed if you aren't because we are going to the park" he adds then quickly closed the door before i could ask any questions.

i decide to listen, and i put on some leggings, a hoodie, and some vans, even though i didn't really want to go outside right now.

i exit my room and enter noah's, to show him i'm ready to go. he gets up out of his chair and leads me out of the room.

"mom! y/n and i are just going to the park!" noah shouted.

"okay sweetie be safe!" his mom shouts back.

"so why are we going to the park?" i ask as we walk down the sidewalk.

"just to, you know, um hangout some where that's not home." he turned his head to smile at me.

i could tell he was lying. there was definitely a reason we were going to the park.

as we were walking rain starts to sprinkle out of no where, so noah grabs my hand and we run the rest of the way.

at the park there was a little gazebo with a picnic table, so we run inside to get away from the rain.

as soon as we sit down in the seats of the picnic table, we both burst out laughing.

"oh my that came out of nowhere!!" i said while laughing uncontrollably.
(if you know where that line is from i love you haha)

"well i didn't know it was going to rain" noah said trying to contain his laughter.

when we calm down, i ask again

"so nono, are you sure there's no reason for coming here?

"well, y/n... i need to tell you something." he says completely changing the mood.

"w-what is it?" i ask getting a little nervous.

"well, the police called my mom the other day to tell her that.." he paused as a look of sadness washed over his face.

"they found two of the very few relatives left in your family for you to live with. but the thing is, that they live in california, which is a 5 hour flight from new york." he says looking down at his feet.

i didn't know what to say. i know i couldn't live with noah forever, but i didn't want to leave him. i couldn't leave him. he was the only thing that made me happy.

"w-w-when do i have to leave?" i said trying to hold back my tears.

"in two days."
