Chapter 26

“You were amazing Princess” he says after breaking our kiss. I turn to Xavier and he pulls me too him.

“He’s right my little minx you were amazing” he says then kisses me roughly. I noticed that where Alex’s kisses are sweet and passionate Xavier’s are rough and passionate. I smile as he pulls back. I pull Alex over so I’m wrapped in between them and I sigh in content.

“Hey Princess we will be right back ok” Alex says kissing me on top of my head. I nod as Xavier follows him and they walk away. I look over and see Chase sitting at the table staring at a girl. I walk over and slid in next to him and he turns to smile at me and then he turns back to the girl.

“What’s up” I ask him.

“She’s my second chance” he whispers and his eyes locks with hers. As their eye lock recognition sets in her eyes and she smiles a small smile at him.

Chase’s POV:

After Aria, Jade, and Cole finish their song, which was awesome by the way, I smell the most delicious smell ever of chocolate and vanilla walk into the club. I look over and see the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. She has long blonde hair, she’s skinny but not too skinny, and she has the most gorgeous smile that makes me wanna melt. As my eyes meet hers I see they are the biggest ocean blue eyes I have ever seen with hints of violet in them. I see recognition in her eyes and she gives me a small smile which I happily return.

“Go talk to her” Aria says to me.

“What if she hasn’t met her true mate yet or what if she doesn’t want me I have a lot of baggage you know” I reply.

“I know but you’ll never know unless you go talk to her” she says giving me a hug. I kiss her on the side of her head and climb out of the booth and to my mate. Now that I think about it she is more stunning than my true mate.

Layla’s POV:

As Hanna and I arrive at the club, which she dragged me to saying we needed to get our minds off of the rejections we just went through. I still can’t believe they rejected us saying we were not mate material, how no one could ever love us. Just thinking about it makes me want to curl in a ball and cry.

As we walk into the club my senses are in over drive as I’m hit with the most delicious sent of woods with a husky manly scent. I look around and meet the eyes of the most gorgeous guy I have ever seen, he is even hotter than my mate, well ex-mate. As I look into his eyes recognition sets in he is my second chance mate, I thought those were rare. I look him over and he has black spiked hair with side bangs, he has a strong jaw line, and the most gorgeous green eyes I have ever seen. As I see he is looking me in the eye I give him a small smile which he happily returnes. I look and see a pretty girl sitting with him and talking to him.

“What are you looking at” Hanna asks me coming to sit next to me.

“My second chance mate” I say not taking my eyes off of him and the girl. AS she says something he kisses the side of her head and I can’t help but feel jealous. The next thing I know he gets out of the booth and walks toward me.

“Hi” he smiles as he reaches me.

“Hi” I smile back and then I can smell he is a shifter. Crap I’m a demon he probably won’t want me anymore. “Look before you say anything I can understand if you don’t want to be with me because I’m a demon and you are a shifter” I start to ramble and he cuts me off by giving me a heated kiss which I quickly give into.

Alex’s POV:

As Xavier and I wait for our turn on stage we see Aria talking to Chase as he stares at a girl.
