“I think Chase found his mate” I say to Xavier.

“Good now him and Aria will not be so close” he says. He hasn’t been taking Chase and Aria being best friend really well.

“Ready” the DJ asks before I can respond to Xavier. We both nod and Xavier goes to grab a guitar as I walk up to the mic. We look at each other and then out at Aria and her eyes are wide we both smirk at her.

“My best friend and I would like to dedicate this song to our girl, she knows who she is” I say still smirking at Aria and I swear her eyes got bigger. I nod my head to Xavier and he starts to play Yours to Hold by Skillet.

As I finish sing staring into Aria’s turquoise/teal eyes and I see unshed tears. Xavier and I quickly make our way off the stage and back to Aria. As we walk over to her everyone is telling us good job and girls are asking to buy us drinks. We push past everyone just wanting to get back to our mate and see what is wrong.

“What’s wrong Love” Xavier asks as he slides in on her left side and I slide in on her right.

“Nothing I’m sorry I ever doubted you. You both are amazing and I was just being stupid” She whispers looking down at the table. I lift her face and smile at her.

“There is nothing to forgive Princess” I say giving her a kiss. She smiles at us and then her head snaps up and she tilts her head looking at some one. We look to see what she is looking at and see Chad talking to a girl but the conversation looks intense and then he leans in and licks her neck. Damn that boy works fast.

Hanna’s POV:

As I sit and watch some random guy kiss my cousin I think for a split second that maybe I should intervene but after what we just went through I think she needs this. I turn and walk to the bar because I need a drink or 10. As I’m waiting for my order I smell the scent of woods and vanilla and my inner vampire screaming mate. How can that be possible I was just rejected by my mate and let me tell you he didn’t smell near as good as this. I look up and see a hot guy sitting next to me and realize the scent is coming from him. I look him over and he has light brown hair that is almost a dirty blond but not quite, beautiful Hazel eyes, and is built not like nasty body builder but like football player built. I breath in his scent and realize he is a shifter. Well shit there goes that idea.
