Amnesia ? The Maze Runner ? Newt

One

        "I'll go get us some food from Frypan, stay here." Chuck said walking off to get us some dinner. I sat alone looking around as I looked around, few eyes wandered off to me. 

        I fiddled with my fingers until a hand planted down in front of me. "This is my table shuck face, move." I looked up to see the same face I saw when I first arrived. 

        "I don't see your name written here shuck face." I replied. He really did have an attitude. "I'm not asking again, now move." He says, this time pushing me. 

        "Hey! Leave her alone." I looked back to see Chuck with food in both of his hand. "Shuck off, Chuck." The boy says dissing him off. 

        "Why won't you shuck off Gally?" The same accent I heard when I arrived and this afternoon said. "Newt, came by to save you're princess?" Gally spilled. Making everyone Gally laughed.

        "Shuck it or I'll go fetch Alby." Newt said angrily making me smirk. Gally looked at Newt for a few seconds and looked at me with disgust and left.         

        "Thanks.. I guess." I mumbled as Newt and Chuck sat down in front of me. "Here, its good." Chuck says giving me my food, I smiled in reply.

        "Sorry about Gally he can be a bit possessive." Newt chuckled. "You don't say." I say.

        I started munching into my food wanting to fill my stomach in. I looked up to see Newt and Chuck smiling at me. "What?" I asked and they laughed. "Nothing, I just haven't seen a girl eat like that or I haven't seen a girl in my life." Newt replied.

        Why was it surprising I was the only girl here? Weren't there other girls out there beside me? And what was the purpose of me? "Better finish up and get some rest. Albys got a tour for you and we got to decided what job or which keep you'll get." Newt said leaving. 

        A tour? A job? What in the world are keepers? There are so many questions I have to ask but sadly it can not be answered right now. I finished my food and I had to ask Chuck where I have to sleep and I guess its up to me really, I just had to tell Chuck. I decided to sleep outside where I can see the skies. 

        I lay down somewhere far away from the people and only told Chuck. I rested my head on the ground looking up the sky and partially seeing parts of the gigantic walls. I started to think, I don't even know how I look like, do I stink? does my voice sound normal?

        I stayed up a little bit longer until I fell asleep under the starry sky. 

        I could say I was having a wonderful sleep until someone disturbed it, I presume it was Chuck since he was the only one I told. I opened my eyes to see Chuck, as I expected. "Morning." I say stretching my arms out. "Morning to you too greenie, get up. Alby wants to give you the tour. But first fill something in your stomach first." He says. 

        "I'm not really hungry. Can't you just send me to Alby?" I asked getting up and brushing some grass off of me. "Whatever you say." He says grabbing my wrist lightly.

        "Okay, first of all don't ask to much questions until the end okay?" Chuck informed me and I nodded as he walked off. 

        "Greenie, you ready?" Alby shouted and I jogged towards Alby. "Good legs. Now lets start." He says walking towards the gigantic wall. 

        "I guess right now you're wondering whats outside the glade. Well its the Maze. Rule one never hurt other gladers, rule two, don't go outside the maze or you'll be banish." He informed me and I nodded.

        It took a while for me to remember the names around me but I'll get used to it. "Enjoy the day?" Newt asked from the back. I noticed he was dirty. "What are you smiling at?" He asked. I guess I was smiling, but why?

        "Nothing of interest." I replied and he laughed. "Newt, Minho's back!" Someone shouted and Newt looked at me. "One sec." He said running off towards in front of the maze. 

        "That's Minho and Ben, they're our runners. They help us try and get out of this shucking maze." Alby said walking towards me. "What does it take to be a runner?" I questioned.

        "Why would you ask that? Being a runner is dangerous and can ruin your life." Alby turned to face me. "I was just wondering, sorry." I replied.

        "Give her a break Alby. Greenie, come on Clint wants to check that head of yours." Newt said, pulling me away from the conversation. "Thanks, I don't know where that would be going if you didn't jump in." I chuckled. 

        "No problem."

        We walked towards a huge hut to see Clint fixing up some medical stuff. "Clint's our med-jack if you're wondering." Newt said.

        "I got to go, I'll check on you later okay?" Newt said walking off and I smiled.

        "Greenie, how ya feeling?" Clint asked. "Alright." I informed. 

        "I just wanted to tell you that you need to take these antibiotics just in case you get dizzy or something okay?" Clint said giving me a small bottle of pills. I thanked him and wondered off outside.

        I was around until I bumped into someone, I guess that someone was unhappy. "Watch it shuck face." I looked up to see Gally.

        "Sorry." I rolled my eyes. "Better be." He says walking off.

        Why does he hate me so much?

        It was only in the middle of the afternoon and I had nothing to do. Since I still don't know what my purpose is. I was sitting down under a tree in front of the maze staring into the gap. What was out there? Run.

        A voice came. Run into the maze. Run. I didn't know what was happening, but my legs stood up walking faster and faster towards the maze. "Hey!" I could hear people shouting, but my legs went faster and faster. 

        "We've got a runner over here!" Someone shouted. I was close, I feel the tension as I almost reach the maze. I was almost there until my wrist was pulled back making me fall down on my butt.         

        I couldn't move, I just stared at the maze. "What the shuck were you thinking greenie?!" Some shouted shaking my shoulders.

        I snapped, realizing I was a few feet away from going inside the maze. "Greenie, what the shuck were you thinking! You could've gotten hurt!" Newt said in frustration. 

        "I-I don't know what came over me!" I replied. "Well you're shucking lucky you weren't in there." He says getting up and reaching out his hands. 

        I took his hands standing up but immediately falling back down as I felt pushed down. Crashing down, I felt my head go first.

Update quickly, because I'm really into this book and I want this book to get as much as attention as possible.
