Chapter 17 : One Up On Each Other

"Yes, yes we know Yuna"

Irene went to sit with Mrs Kang while Yuna sat with me on one couch. She handed me my drink while she held hers in the other hand.

"Thanks"

"No worries"

She took a sip of her drink and faced us.

"So what did you guys talk about?"

"Nothing much about you... Yet"

She sighed and slumped down into the couch.

"Great. I cannot wait to be humiliated"

"It's okay... We won't be too harsh on you Yuna"

"Thanks Chaeyoung"

Yuna's POV

I felt a tug on my sleeve and it was Sana. She leaned in and whispered in my ear.

"Can you show the way to the washroom?"

"Yea sure"

I stood up and held her hand.

"Where are you two going?"

My mom asked with her eyebrows raised. Everyone was now looking at us. But then Sana spoke up.

"I asked her to show me the way to the washroom. It'll be quick don't worry"

"Okay... Just don't do anything"

I sighed.

"I'm so done with this family"

Everyone laughed and I dragged Sana upstairs.

"I'll show you the one in my room. I haven't been in that room maybe since I was a teen"

"Sure"

I realise that I was still holding her hand but she didn't seem to mind. Walking through the hallway I finally found my room. I opened the door I heard Sana gasp.

"Your room is huge"

"Yea... The bathroom's to the right"

"Okay, thanks"

While Sana was doing her business, I walked around my room. The last time I was in this room, was the time I was signing a contract to be involved in the mafia community. I sat on the bed and looked around. I spotted the door to my walk-in closet was open so I went to take a look. There were alot of my clothes still her and they were pretty expensive too. My watch collection and sneaker collection was still intact. I should probably bring some pairs back to my place.

"He- wow... You have so many clothes... Its like a STORE"

She walked in and ran her hands through the clothes.

"And it's all expensive and stuff..."

"It's alright. I mean I'm pretty sure your closet is worth more than my life"

She walked closer to me and put her hands around my neck.

"Not really... But just so you know... I'd pick you over my clothes anytime"

I smiled and BY INSTINCT grabbed her waist.

"Did you know... Me and my other members are fighting for you... And as far as I know, only 5 of them have done it. Leaving me and 3 other members. Now it's my turn to make a move"

She immediately connected her lips on to mine and I reciprocated the movement. She was different from Momo's kiss. It was getting more intimate, but my watch ringing, interrupted it. We broke the kiss and I looked at my watch. It rang cause it had reached midnight. It was late. Sana took a glance at my watch and gasped.

"Oh gosh, it's late. We have a schedule early tomo-"

I cut her off and continued her sentence.

"Tomorrow at 9am. It's okay. I think you all can stay here for the night. We have enough guest rooms. Let's go tell them now"

Together, we walked back down to the living room. The others were still talking about things and laughing together. Before we appeared in the living room, I held Sana back.

"Hey, you go first okay? I don't want them to suspect anything else"

"Okay"

She walked on first and obviously they asked where I was. I took out my phone pretending I was messaging someone and walked into the living room.

"Hey girls, since it's already really late and it will take a while to get back to your dorm, you all can stay here for the night. We have enough guest rooms to do so. And I'm sure my parents won't mind"

"Are you sure we won't cause trouble?" Jeongyeon asked.

"No, not at all. You can take some clothes from my closet in my room upstairs. I don't think it'll be comfortable sleeping in those dresses"

They all nodded and followed me upstairs. I brought them in my room and into my closet.

"Choose whatever you want. You can keep it after"

"Thank you, Yuna"

"No problem"

After they chose their outfits to sleep in, I brought them downstairs to the guest rooms. We had 5 guest rooms and they wanted to pair up, so none of them would sleep alone.

"So, uhm if in the middle of the night you need a drink or anything, you can just go ahead into the kitchen. I'll be upstairs in my room if you need anything. I will also be waking you up at around 7:30 to get dressed for your schedule tomorrow"

"Thank you so much for everything Yuna. You didn't really have to do this"

"Hey, it's fine Jihyo. Anyway, get a good nights sleep"

"Goodnight Yuna"

I left them alone to sort out their room. I went back to my room and texted JYP so he knows about TWICE's whereabouts. He surprisingly immediately responded, which makes me wonder why he is up so late.

Narrator's POV

"I can't believe Yuna let us borrow her clothes" Mina said as she touched the hoodie she was wearing.

The other day on one of the flights, Mina had worn the hoodie Yuna had given her. Obviously, the members had questioned her about it and immediately got jealous as it was Yuna's.

"She's so nice to us and yet she's only our bodyguard" Chaeyoung was hugging the pillow.

"We should all sleep. We've got a long day tomorrow"

"Kay goodnight everyone"

The members went to their own rooms and fell asleep, each of them thinking of Yuna and her kind gestures they have been apart of the past few months. However, three of the members were awaiting their moment with Yuna. Dreaming it would come soon.
