Instantly, Indo felt the challenging muse around Malaysia's words.
"Oh yeah? Got something worse?" Indo countered.
As Malaysia grinned, I rolled my eyes at what was about to happen.
"Mr. India glared at me because I was talking smack about him!" He said with gleeful pride, as well as pursing his lips in pitiful glory.
"Why are we talking about this?" I commented between the two, gripping my shoulder bag strewn against my waist.
"What about you Philip?" Indo pointed at me. Oh boy. "Do you have something to put on the table?"
After a moment of thought, I become a little embarrassed to even recall what happened during economics.
"I- uh-" I stumbled over my words, "I wasn't paying in class and, erm, Mr. Britain caught me..."
[Omniscient POV]
"We have a winner! It's Mr. Troublemaker to take the crown!" Indo declared, smiling with so much pride that made Philip huff.
"Indo, how's the blue life treating you?" Malay asked, a sort-of morose smile gracing his face.
"I... actually miss the green rank." Indo admitted, chuckling as he scratched his neck.
"I'm not surprised at all." Philip said. He looked at them with the tiny smile that accompanied his bored expression. "But, nonetheless, the blue advancement rank seems better than the green developing rank."
The three finally crossed the cafeteria to their seat that sat next to the window that overlooked the ever-so fancy courtyard, loud chattering filled the air as the countries littered the open room.
"Did you just insult our rank, Phil?" Malay scowled, jokingly prodding at the Pinoy.
"I'm technically insulting myself, but if you wanna join then that'll be perfect."
Malay gasps dramatically, obviously offended by Philip's words.
"You guys are weird." Indo piped in before taking a bite out of his peanut butter sandwich, too lazy to walk to the front of the cafeteria to get school food.
"You're weirdly worse." Malay spoke up.
"Elaborate. Please." Indo asked with a sly smile.
Malay cleared his throat, akin to how someone would start a presentation. "First of all, you tied your tie wrong."
"Wha-" Indo cut himself off as he looked down at his tie, and accurate to Malay's preaching, it was tied like a knot.
Looking up at the snickering two, he glared. "Well sorry, Mister Perfect, that I can't tie a tie perfectly like you. You ass."
Malay stopped snickering and cleared his throat again, another sly smile on his face. "Secondly, you're sitting with two greenies."
Philip curtly glanced at the Malaysian while pulling his juice box out. "I thought you didn't like insulting our rank?"
"Oh, Malay, did you forget about the new rules that the school is making? Because of their shitty traditions with diving statuses?" Indo rebutted Malay.
Malaysia only sighed.
"-aaand there's a chance that I'll be your classmate~" He cooed, taking another nonchalant bite out of his sandwich.
There was a small ruckus before Malay could respond.
"What is it now?" Malay muttered.
The three turn towards the cafeteria entrance. They were faced with, in all their glory, the Big Three.
