Nobody was inside, all had gone out to greet the new guests by the sound of it which made my travels so much easier as I smiled to myself and slid out the front door onto the porch behind them. It wasn't the boys eyeing the car that saw me first or the happy reunion of the Alvalrado boys and Mads, nope it was two twin squeals that gave me away to all. "SIDNEY!!!" The sound brought a grin to my lips as Lilly and Lea rushed forward and hugged me, I had enough sense to brace myself before they tackled my legs, a fall would only make the guys worry more. "Hey pups, I've missed you." I hummed as I crouched slightly to give them both a hug back as the boys started shouting.
"SIDNEY! What do you think you're doing out of bed!? What if you had fallen down the stairs!?" Simon looked panicked and furious at the same time they all kind of did but I just shrugged. "I didn't fall and I feel fine, my head isn't even bothering me right now, and there was no way I was going to miss this little welcome wagon." I scoffed back. "You've said hi, now lets get you back to bed, we don't need any troublesome set backs." Bowen tried ordering and I gave him a sickly sweet smile. "No." I growled the word and silence was my response.
"I'm not going back to that bed until I feel like it, full on bed rest is over now. You want me to behave and get better then deal with it otherwise I will fight you for real and then you can have a legitimate reason to keep me prisoner in my own room." I grunted back to their shock. "But..." Fletcher pouted like a kicked puppy. "I'm fine honest Puppet, don't worry so much. If I stay stuck in that bed much longer I'm going to lose my mind, I promise to be good and not shift as long as you let me work my legs a little around the house, deal?" I sent a glance around all of them, Mads seemed to be finding this hilarious according to her snickering.
"The moment you get dizzy you are back in that bed but fine." Beck snarled a deal with the others agreeing reluctantly. "Alright then, how about that movie marathon girls, I still owe you one and I haven't watched TV in days, you pick." I hummed to the two pups clutching my side as they squealed and rushed inside to the tv. I strolled over to the group of Alvalrado's and stole baby Stan from his father's arms, Nate was reluctant to let go but gave him up easy enough as I nuzzled the pup closer. "You guys look like you could use a little time to yourself, go for a run and have a little fun, the pups are safe with me, and they have plenty of bodyguards too." I whispered so only they could hear me as they glanced between each other.
"Are you sure?" Mads whispered back. "Positively, I would say use protection but you know what your doing and besides I wouldn't mind having a few more of these cuties around to babysit." I hummed softly nodding to the pup in my arms to Mads blush and her husband's chuckles. "Ooo, you...." she started to growl an objection but I stopped her.
"I'm giving you a chance to have some well earned alone time with your guys Mads, are you really wanting to change my mind?" I quizzed softly as I sent a glance to the confused boys standing on the porch waiting for me, she was silent a moment as she looked to the men around her before she gave a quick shake of her head. "Thanks little wolf." Alvalrado spoke for all of them as he kissed his pup on the forehead and all six of them shifted and took off for the trees, I smiled as their tails disappeared and I turned back to the boys waiting for me.
"Where do they think they're going?" Tucker huffed out. "For a run, they haven't seen each other in days." I shrugged as I joined them on the porch and looked out to the woods. "It's not like they can go anywhere they left their clothes here." Gavin huffed out roughly and I chuckled softly. "What's so funny?" Beck growled out in annoyance. "You poor fools really are a mess if you haven't figured it out yet." I shook my head at them, off in the distance sounded a chorus of howls five wolves were on the chase, recognition flickered in Bowen's eyes first but I figured I'd help the others confusion.
"Where they're going, they won't be needing clothes." I couldn't help but smirk as the realization settled over the rest of them. "Oh..." Gavin coughed out as another chorus of howls sounded, more excited this time, closing in on their target. "Hmph, she's even making it easy on them, shame, the chase is my favorite part." I smirked my knowing look to the gapping males. "Well boys we've got babysitting duty now, might as well make the most of it." I hummed as I headed inside to join the twins for a Disney marathon, having my own evil laugh at the boys amusing reactions, it was great to be out of that bed finally.
Bowen
Evil, she was pure evil, Sidney Blake and the mental images she'd given us with a single short sentence. We were supposed to be focusing on caring for her health and getting her better, not thinking of chasing her down through the woods just to... I shook myself from the thought with a growl, time to focus not daydream on my hormones and wolfish desires. "I bet we could change her mind, make the chase her second favorite part." Emmett wiggled his brows, adding to our teasing until my snarl stilled him into silence. "Okay but seriously, thinking about the old timers out there is just... gross." Tucker winced out.
"Right now I'm starting to miss the part where Sid was unconscious and bed ridden, at least then she caused less trouble." Beck grunted out. "I don't know how much more I can take her not remembering." Fletcher whimpered out, he'd wanted to cave and just tell her the missing memories but we all knew it was better she got to them on her own. "Wonder what she'll do when she does remember?" Micah's smirk said clearly what he thought she might do, he was apparently with Emmett on that one.
"More than likely she'll kick all our a****." Jason stated with a chuckle. "Probably, but you just never know with her, she loves to keep everyone guessing." Colton sighed on a small smile as he peeked into the glass where Sidney had curled up on the couch with the three pups. I filed in with the others as Sidney beamed a smile to us at our entrance, she really couldn't remember fast enough but if what she confessed was true we all had plenty of time to wait.
*I updated! Also not sick anymore so trying to get back on schedule again, hope you all enjoy this fun little update.*
