Chapter 3: Malkali!

My mind began to wonder in worry.
'Where did he put you Malkali? God, I'm so stupid! I'm so sorry I couldn't protect you. I'll get you back, I promise!'

"Are you gonna come, or are you just gonna stand there you busty bitch?" Liana screeched pulling on my clothes. I quickly turn my head towards her before blushing in embarrassment.

"Sorry!" I say looking down at her. She scoffs and begins to walk away. I hesitantly begin to follow her.

'How long was I standing there?' I think sweat dropping at myself. By the time I'm in focus again, we are at the throne where everyone is gathered.

"Now that everyone is here I shall begin. They should be here soon so be prepared. Although we don't need it!" Grernol laughed showing his razor teeth.

"JAHAHAHAHA! YOUR RIGHT SIR LIKE ALWAYS! ME AND LIANA ARE GONNA BLOW THEY COMPETITION AWAY... LITERALLY!"  Orun laughed. Liana giggled at his remark looking at him with admiration.

I awkwardly smile, not sure on what to do.

"Now now, we can save the celebration for after we get ourselves, new slaves! Head to the main seating and get ready!" Grernol motioned to us.

Orun quickly lifted up Liana and put her on his shoulders and began running. I slowly walked behind them. I feel a hand on my shoulders, they forcefully turn me towards them.

'Boots' looks at me and nods his head towards my hand. I quickly raise my hand and pass him the keys I forgot I was holding. Before I can walk away I feel him whisper in my ear.

"He was screaming for you when I plucked out a  few feathers"

My face drops and I turn towards him in horror. A terrifying expression is on his scarred face. I feel my knees buckle in fear and worry. He turns away from me and walks towards Grernol.

Tears brim at my e y e as I picture the scene in my head. I quickly try to brush it away but it has already stained my mask. It isn't very visible but due to the previous tear, it's more noticeable. My lips quiver as I begin to head to where the other two are.

Somewhere not too far away ...

"Gehehehe! This is gonna be fun!" Luffy laughed with his hands behind his head. A goofy grin was on his face showing off his pearly whites.

The navigators sighs walking next to him. The temptation to smack his head in very strong.

"Do you not understand the stakes at matter?" She hissed. Nami couldn't help the feeling off worry in her gut. She couldn't brush off the feeling something was wrong.

"Yeah, I know buuuuut we get to play a fun game to get them back!" He pouted childishly.

The swordsman stared at the stadium in front of them. He knew something wasn't right. As soon as he saw her expression and how she held herself he knew something was wrong. His hands were on the hilts of his swords, ready for anything.

"ZORO YOUR GOING THE WRONG WAY!" Nami screamed. The swordsman blushed in embarrassment before turning back to the two and hurrying up. He somehow managed to turn towards the way they came and almost disappeared from their sight. He quickened his pace to catch up with them.
