Chapter 13

That is true, if you truly love each other then you can wait forever. That is so cute!

"Have you and Bradley kissed?" Shannon asks while taking another bite of her pickle.

I choke and look straight into the camera, "yes, but I don't trust him, he's a player, I'll just be another one of those play toys. We're just friends." I like him more than just a friend, but I know I'll be just another play toy.

"I think you won't be another one of his play toys. I think he's changing, I know he likes you, the way he looks at you and all." Shannon shrugs while putting the cap on the pickle jar.

My doorbell rings and I sigh, "Must be Brandon. I'll be back." I leave the face call on still and I walk downstairs.

I open the door and I see a man at the door, defiantly not Brandon.

"Are you Cameron Pikes?" He asked sternly, I laugh and his eyes darken, woah there buddy I ain't laughin at you.

"Yeah..... If you're looking for my Aunt, she's at work." The man smirks and walks in. Now I have a bad feeling.

"Good." Is all he says until he throws a punch at me. I scream as it hits my face. I scream out in pain as the pain is coming 10 times worse.

I keep screaming as he throws punches and throws me against the wall.

"Your daddy, is my boss and I'm here to get you sweetheart. I'm here to get revenge for your dad." He smirks as he slaps my face. I scream out in pain.

He puts his hand over my mouth to shush me, "Now, now don't want to bother the neighbors." He smirks and throws a punch at my stomach. I gasp as air came rushing out of my body.

"Bitch." I say as I fall to the ground.

"What did you say?!" He yells and kicks my arm.

He picks me up and twists my arm, I hear a crack in my arm and I scream out in pain.

Tears start to form in my eyes and he shoves me to the ground. He stands on my back and breaks my leg. I scream out in pain and I start to cry so hard.

The man starts to laugh and smashes my head on the ground until I'm knocked out.

*Shannon's POV*

As Cameron leaves her room, I start to text Logan.

'Hey Log, wanna hang out later?'

I get a text instantly back, 'Sure I'll pick you up at 6 ;) '

His brother always drives us or it's Brandon. They pick us up and drop us off at our destination and leaves and picks us up later. Since we can't drive yet but next year he can.

I hear a piercing scream from the laptop. I look at the screen and listen intently.

He hear a deep voice and I hear another scream. I open the app on my computer to text the voice and video on my screen. I call Brandon, to see if it's him.

"Hello? Shannon, what's wrong?" Brandon picks up the phone.

"Are you there yet?" I ask frantically as I hear more screams from the laptop.

"No... What was that scream?!" Brandon yells through the phone.

"It's not you there?! There's a deep voice and Cameron screaming, then he's yelling and I hear bangs." I frantically look at the laptop screen and bite my lips.

"Shit! Call the cops! Tell them her address!" He yells and hangs up.

I keep hearing screams and I try yelling but she won't hear me. I call the police and tell them the address and what I hear.

I hear the loudest scream I've ever heard and I huge bang. I gasp and text Logan, 'Tell your brother to go to Cameron's house. NOW ITS AN EMERGENCY!!'

I get a text instantly, 'okay we're heading out now'. Well that was fast, apparently he does care for her.

'What's happening?' Logan texts.

'Well I was skyping her and the doorbell rang and Brandon left to go to her house because she got hit in the face by a baseball bat and she went to answer the door and then I heard a man's voice that I didn't recognize and I heard her scream and I heard bangs, so I called Brandon and the police.' I text back.

I hear through the laptop, "Cameron!!!!! Cam! Can you hear me?! Cam! Please wake up!" My brother yells and I gasp. She could be dead....

I yell through the laptop as loud as I could so Brandon can hear. I hear footsteps running up the stairs.

"Shannon?!" He yells running into Cameron's room. He looks at the camera and walks closer. He picks it up and runs down the stairs, that means so am I but not physically but electronically.

He sets it down so I can see, I glance at Cameron and I gasp. There's a huge blood puddle underneath her and she's all beaten up. I look around the room and I see picture frames on the floor, smashed and cracked.

"Shannon, text Jordan, Trent, Bradley, Logan, and Tori." He yells as he bends down next to a possibly dead Cameron.

I start to cry as I call Jordan, she answers and before she says anything I cry out, "Jordan! Please come to Brandon's house and pick me up and take me to Cameron's! Please it's an emergency!"

"Okay I'll be there in a minute!" Jordan rushes the words out and hangs up.

I hear Bradley and Logan walk into Cameron's house. I see Logan cover his mouth as he looks at Cameron. Bradley rushes over to her and starts to help Brandon on whatever he was doing.

Next I call 911, "Hello what is your emergency?" The woman answers on the other side of the phone.

"A girl named Cameron Pikes has gotten beaten by a man and she might be dead but I don't know." I choke out a sob.

"What is the address?" The woman asks as I look at Cameron on the laptop. I tell her the address and we hang up.

I call Trent and obviously Tori is gonna be with him. He answers, "Hello? Shannon? Why a-"

I cut him off with a sob, "It's Cameron! She got beaten up and I don't know if she's even alive." I start to sob harder. I can't believe I heard all of that, I'm to young to hear all of that.

"Okay we'll be there." He ends the call and my door bell rings. I jump and now I'm scared to open the door. I grab my laptop and runs downstairs and look through the window.

I sigh as I see Jordan, I open the door and I rush out the door, making sure to lock the house.

We run to her car and we take off towards Cameron's house. I hope she's not dead.

I KIND OF THINK THIS CHAPTER IS A LITTLE DUMB BUT I'M GONNA KEEP IT!

SO I'M REALLY TIRED BECAUSE TODAY I HAD TO GO CAR HUNTING FOR MY BROTHER! I WAS AT A CAR DEALERSHIP FOR OVER 5 HOURS! I LIVE IN ST. LOUIS AND I WENT TO ALTON, ILLINOIS TO GET THE CAR!

AND I WAS SO BORED! BUT I GOT FREE MUFFINS AND FREE COFFEE AND WATER! BUT I WAS HUNGRY :(
SO YEAH I'M TIRED.
