Chapter 51 - Stay frosty

"I already told you that you can sleep with me" She said with blush on her face, looking at the table and nervously fondling her hair around finger.

This time he heard Ellen coughing and couldn't hide smirk.

"Can I take your orders?" Waitress approached their table.

'Drop and give me twenty!' He joked inside his head "I'm still thinking, what is today speciality?"

"Today's speciality is Chef's Sea Food Mix" Waitress answered.

"I'm not really into sea food..." He glanced at the menu and looked at Takasugi "What about you?"

"I'll take small lasagna, please" She smiled to waitress.

"Tell the chef to make something original with pasta. Price doesn't matter, just tell him to not add any sea food" He ordered.

"One small lasagna and one chef's pick" Waitress noted "Something to drink?"

"I'll take wa--"

"Cola for me and green tea for her" He cut her off.

"Hey!" She gave him angry glance.

"Water doesn't goes well with lasagna" He smiled to her and she gave up.

"Is that all?" Waitress asked when she noted everything.

"Yes, how much it will take?" He asked and looked at his watch.

"It should be less than half of hour, bur we have a lot of orders queued. You can request free drinks after thirty minutes of waiting" Waitress informed them and walked away.

"You could just say that I shouldn't order a water"

"You would insist on water anyway. How is the school?" He quickly changed the topic.

"Everything is good" She quickly answered.

"Come on, I'm also a student. No need to be shy"

"Well, I have some problems..." She quietly said and he heard loud thud. Both of them looked at direction it came from and saw Ellen on the ground "...But they are... just grade problems"

"I see..." He eyed her as she awkwardly stared at the spoon.

"And so, the rest of waiting for food was spent in awkward silence between them..." They head voice coming from outside, and looked through window. Armored vehicle was floating right in front it.

"The hell are you staring at?" It asked with annoyed voice after a moment of silence.

"On a huge chunk of metal magically floating in the air, aka you" He answered "Can you haunt someone else?"

"For your information I'm a BMPT designed to deal with annoying animals running around the battlefield. And I'll be there for a while, deal with it"

"Oh? Do you want to pick a fight with me?" He stood up.

"Hey asshole, do you want to feel 48 tones of pure FUCK YOU?!"

"Y/N, you're making a scene" She whispered to him.

"Sorry, let's just ignore it" He sat down and tried his best to not look through window. Waitress arrived with their food and put it on their table along with a drinks "Well, that was fast"

He looked at his pasta dish that looked like spaghetti, but had cheese, meat balls and lamb sauce instead.

"Let's dig in then!"

They started eating in complete silence, stopping from time to time to take a sip and continuing till plate was clear.

"That was delicious" She commented with her eyes closed and hands resting on her belly.
