I laughed at this. We were texting for nearly 20 minutes already. This boy might be a distraction.

mystery person:
Now you sound like a dork.
Ok, I'll give hints.
I am a boy, I'm in your grade, uhhh
What else do you want to know?
6:51 a.m.

princess:
Well, you're not going to tell me who you are.
Also, you tricked me :(
Idk maybe something that describes you?
6:52 a.m.

mystery person:
I am short. Not that short but not as tall as you definitely.
6:54 a.m.

princess:
K that doesn't really help me.
How about 20 questions.
I'll answer 10, and you do the same.

mystery person:
Err ok you go first..

princess:
What's your favorite color?
6:46 a.m.

mystery person:
That doesn't really help you, but I'll still answer. My favorite color is blue. I like all kinds of blue but lighter blues are my favorite.
6:47 a.m.

princess:
See, it's not a waste of a question. I learned something. People tend to wear their favorite color a lot.

mystery person:
Huh, guess you're right...
What's your favorite ice cream?
6:49 a.m.

"Butters, you're going to be late for school! Are you ready?" My mom called from down the hallway.

"Oh shoot. Sorry, I lost track of time! Yeah, I'm ready!" I shouted back.

I heard a ding come from my phone, making me turn it back on instantly.

princess:
Guess you don't have to guess who I am, so you can do any question heh.
I'd have to go with chocolate chip cookie dough.
6:52 a.m.

Making sure I had everything for school, I rushed downstairs and into the kitchen. I grabbed two granola bars, shoving one into my mouth.

I plugged in my earbuds and scrambled out the door. There was no sight of my father's car still.

When I got to the bus stop, I was out of breath. There were a few minutes until the bus would come, so I responded to Kenny.

mystery person:
Wise decision.
I'd probably go with mint chocolate chip or strawberry.
6:56 a.m.

princess:
Getting ready for school?
Wait that's not one of my questions
Wear any accessories or hats?
6:57 a.m.

mystery person:
Yeah, I was walking to my bus stop.
I don't wear hats. I wear bracelets from my friends. It won't be visible unless you pull my sleeves up.
Don't do that to random people tho.
6:58 a.m.

princess:
Interesting. Most people here wear hats or something.

mystery person:
Ok last question for each of us for now.
Why do you always wear your parka?
