You were exhausted...tired of being stuck in the middle...

Pretending like you didn't see them, you tried to simply get out but Ryujin held you back.
"Not so fast"
"What do you want?"
"We're here. Where do you think you're going without us?"
"Look, you'll have to leave me alone, okay? I'm very tired"
"I didn't ask"
"I don't have time for this please leave me alone"
Lia stood up, "when have you really use the word please in front of us?"
"All these you are doing are too bold of you as a junior and as a newbie in Daegu"
"Okay, okay. You guys are mad, right? Well I don't have anything to do either. If there's anything you want to do to me, then you can do it"
"Uh..."
"You mean it? No take backs, okay?"
"Fine. No take backs. Just...do whatever you want"
So they started pulling your hair, ripping your dress and beating you so badly. But it was better than trying to deal with 'em. They even threw away your shoes, what about beat you with it?
But you actually kinda enjoyed it. It made you feel more sensitive...
But it was for only about a minute when everything was suddenly stopped...
By Yeonjun who came in and stopped them. They were scared enough or him, obvious from their reactions.
"If you lay a fingertip again on her, I promise you you won't get away with it"
They stood at a corner, quiet.
He came to hold you up, "Are you okay?"
"I'm okay. Why did you come?"
"C'mon. Let's get you out of here," and he pulled you up and out of the washroom.
"Wait, no, Yeonjun!" But he didn't stop, he just takes you towards the main door when you pulled off your hand.
"Yeonjun, no! Just let them do anything to me. It doesn't matter anymore"
Yeji saw you from the podium, both of you. She was shook, you could sense it.
But he simply held your hand again like before and let you out of the hall, it was raining.
"Yeonjun, are you insane?"
"No, I can't watch them torture you like that"
"But it's raining outside here. What if I get sick?"
"Then we'll just get sick together again..."
You went out of words...and he pulled you slowly to the football ground just outside the hall. He held your hand up and your waist with the other. And you unconsciously rested your hand on his shoulder...and swaying slowly, you both danced in the rain.
Ryujin and Lia, who have been following you, didn't know what to do but just watch from inside the hall to avoid getting wet. Chaeryoung joined them after a minute saying, "Taehyun's worried. He's searching for her right now"
Lia was like, "Should we tell him?" But Ryujin suggested, "Let's not. It's not our problem now. Let Yeji solve this matter. I think we should head back to the hall. Let's go"
Slowly, misty clouds started appearing around you. It was so damn cold but you felt good.
"Isn't it much better outside?" Yeonjun smiled at you.
"Yes. It's so pretty...I mean the rain"
"You're prettier. You know I like pretty girls. That's why I took you out here"
"Should I say this to you?"
"Say what?"
"Do you like me?"
"Huh?"
"I mean, they say you do, but I didn't really think so. All I know is that I...still like you. I know it sounds insane to say this right now, after all those things that happened. I'm also pretty sure this might worsen our situation again, but you do know that I like you...and I'm just risking years of friendship here; I mean, it's worth it, right?"
He just stared at you, stopped moving, eyes wide open, without even making a sound.
"And," you continued, "you don't have to like me back. It's okay even if you find someone else and we slowly become strangers overtime. This...you know, friend zone life," you chuckled, "is just too hard for me. Do anything you want, I won't regret this. And don't...feel uncomfortable around me anymo-"
"STOP RIGHT THERE!" someone interrupted, you looked to your right and it was Yeji.
She pushed you away from Yeonjun who was keeping quiet.
"What's wrong with you!? What are you trying to do with my life, Y/N? TELL ME!
Does it make you feel better when I get jealous and angry at you? I'm tired, too, okay?
Let's stop this, Y/N. Let's just stop this. I won't bother you anymore so don't bother me either. And I don't care what Yeonjun has to say about this. Just...ugh"
She was crying...her makeup all messed up. She pulled Yeonjun who just follows her inside obediently. Now you just sat outside on the ground, with thousands of raindrops falling on you...on the cold night, all alone.
Now Yeonjun is keeping quiet...will it end like before once again?
