Chapter 7. As Mother And Son.

"You're gonna show us the way to Drago." Astrid ordered the man as she leaned down to rest her elbow on her thigh.

"And help Dragon Riders sneak into Drago's camp?" Eret asked the girl, pulling himself further up by Stormfly's claws before completely letting go of them, "Just kill me now." He said as the wind pulled him around a little.

"That can be arranged." Astrid told the man with a smile, immediately gaining his attention again. She turned to pet Stormfly's neck, "Stormfly," She began, getting a growl from the Deadly Nadder, "Drop it."

Eret's eyes shifted from the girl above him to the ice far below him, his mouth wide open along with his eyes. The said dragon looked back at her rider before obeying, releasing Eret from her clutches. The man let out a girlish scream as he plunged towards the freezing cold ocean.

"Good girl!" Astrid told Stormfly in a praising tone, making her coo in happiness, "Stormfly, fetch." She told the dragon, pointing down at the falling Trapper. Stormfly's mouth was wide open as if smiling as she pulled her wings close to her body, letting herself dive down to him.

"ALL RIGHT! OKAY!" Eret screamed terrifically over the loud wind as he was tossed around, the ice nearing him, "I'LL TAKE YOU TO DRAGO!!" As soon as the words left his mouth, Stormfly grabbed ahold of his pants, stopping his fall just before hitting the ice.

Astrid let out a satisfied sigh as she looked up from the Dragon Trapper, she smiled, a little red covering her cheeks from the cold wind as she cracked her knuckles, "Works every time."

~No one's P.O.V~

Cloudjumper and Valka flew over the blue ocean with Hiccup and Toothless not far behind.

Upon hearing the sound of several wing-beats from behind, Hiccup turned to look over his shoulder, finding lots and lots of dragons from the sanctuary flying in a large group behind them.

Hiccup turned back forward to look at his mother, who stood on Cloudjumper's back, "Hey, I thought we were going to eat!" Hiccup called up to her in an confused tone.

"Oh, we are!" Was Valka's reply as Cloudjumper turned to the green eyed Night Fury, making both of them stop from flying any further, she held her hand out too, telling him to stop with a grin spreading across her lips.

Valka shifted her gaze from her son to the water below them. Hiccup looked at her in confusion before he leaned over Toothless' side. His green eyes went wide from the sight of Seashockers herding a school of fish from the deep, freezing waters.

From the dark waters, a white figure slowly emerged, breaking the surface of the water. The Bewilderbeast let out a loud roar as it emerged with an open mouth, it showed its head back, throwing the fish it had caught in the water -- with the help of the Seashockers -- into the air for the dragons to have, his body slowly going back into the water.

Hiccup looked around with an open mouth as the fish fell around him, the dragons once behind them diving in to catch their meat, Valka laughed at his bewildered expression and the dragons' usual eagerness for fish.

A high pitched sound came from above the two riders, Hiccup smiled and looked up just in time to find a black figure diving down between him and his mother.

He looked down with a grin to find Shadow diving straight down to catch the fish. A pat on his shoulder caught his attention.

He peaked behind him to mind Y/n crouching down behind him on Toothless' back.

Valka could only smile when she saw Hiccup's eyes glimmer at the sight of her. She placed of soft peck on his check, "I would love to catch up, but..." She trailed off, looking down as she stood up, "I'm a little busy!" She shouted, sending the brunette a smile as she jumped head first to dive for her dragon.
