The hairs stood up on the back of my neck as I walked after the lonely figure. I could hardly see my hand in front of my face. There was a struggle with the two figures at the other end to me and the figure I thought was Harry. A girls' scream escaped one of their mouths as the other grabbed for the first one's waist. The shadowy figure in front of me started now running towards the other two.
"Harry?" I yelled slightly so only the 'Harry' figure could hear me.
It stopped and turned to face me.
"Lucy go back! I don't want you to see me kick his arse" he whispered loudly.
"No Harry please don't do anything like that, just at least let me come and save this girl with you! You can't go alone" I replied in a similar tone.
"Lucy, please just go" he said before carrying on towards the other figures.
As if I was leaving him now of all times. I continued to follow him.
"Hey you! Sicko! Leave that girl alone and pick on someone your own size" Harry screamed as loud as his low voice could.
The taller figure looked at Harry storming towards him, he still had hold of the last figure that was the girl from before. She squealed like a baby but could you blame her?
I pulled out my phone, dialed '999' then held the phone to my ear.
"Hello, what service do you require?" spoke the voice on the phone.
"I need an ambulance and the police please" I whispered into the phone.
I watched as Harry grew closer to the man.
"Could you tell me what has happened please?" said the calm voice on the phone.
"A girl is being raped and my boyfriend is about to save her and I think this guy is going to do something horrible to him" I wept.
Harry was metres away from the other two now.
"Could you tell me where you are?"
"The City Centre, Holty Street, down the first entry." I said looking for road signs.
I heard male voices arguing as Harry stormed into the man's face.
"We'll send them right away, dear, hello? hello? are you still there?" the phone voice continued.
I couldn't reply, I couldn't speak at all watching Harry confronting that man.
My jaw dropped to the floor as the man dropped the girl and started running towards the exit of the entry....towards me.
Wasn't he going to try and fight Harry at all?
Harry picked up the girl from the ground. Crying she threw herself into Harry's arms. Jealousy flushed my body like a wave.
Then my attention switched back to the man, that was running towards me. As he passed me by he gave me an evil smile before leaving the dark walkway and disappearing into the darkness. That grin, the menacing grin, telling me that he knew I was one of his victims. I froze. I felt paralysed. My whole body stiffened up. I was in my coma state for about 10 seconds before the noise of the girl's cries woke me. That girl must be feeling awful. I started walking towards her and my boyfriend. I needed to tell her about how it gets worse then better from here, how I could help her get through this.
But no. That wan't going to happen now. I watched as she thanked Harry then pushed herself onto him. Forcing their lips to touch. Anger built inside of me like a tornado.
