The World is Ugly

Phil wasn't asleep yet, he was busy with editing a new video. He got up and opened the door to see Dan "Hey, you okay?" He asked sweetly and moved out of the way so Dan could walk inside.

Dan walked inside nervously,"C-can I sleep with you? I-I'm afraid." He said quietly, hoping Phil would be okay with that. He looked down and bit his lip. He was afraid that if he went to sleep, he would be plagued with nightmares and he couldn't handle being alone right now.

Phil nodded "of course you can, you know that I'd do anything for you."
He smiled softly and took Dans hand, walking into his room and quietly shutting the door behind him.

Dan smiled, blushing a bit when Phil took his hand. He walked towards the bed and layed down, feeling instantly way better than he had been before because he was with Phil and he felt safe and loved. Something he hadn't ever felt with his ex boyfriend.

Phil smiled back, and laid down next to him. He laid down close to Dan. Dan's his favorite person in the world and he'd do anything to keep him safe& happy.
"If you need anything don't be afraid to wake me up, okay?"

"Thank you, Phil..for everything." Dan said sweetly, looking into his beautiful blue eyes that he could get lost in like he had several times before. He was so close to him he could feel the warmth of his breathe. Dan could feel his heart race in his chest. He lay his head on the pillow, facing Phil.

Phil looked back into Dans adorable brown eyes, they were his favorite shade and the way the sparkled a bit when he looked at him just made everything more perfect "you're welcome, Dan." He giggled, Phil was laying so close that their noses were almost touching.

Dan giggled softly, all of a sudden feeling happy. Phil was the only person who had the power to do that. No matter how sad he had previously been, Phil could just make him forget about all of the bad things in life, making his mood brighter. He wished he could tell Phil how he felt about him. He was just worried he wouldn't feel the same. Dan knew Phil loved him, but in the best friends kind of way. He wished he wasn't so scared to tell him. But unfortuantely it's not that easy.

Phil has always wanted to tell Dan that he loved him but once he built up the courage Dan had gotten a 'boyfriend' so he couldn't and at the moment He assumed that it would be to hard for Dan to go into another relationship after what happened. So he decided to let it wait.

Dan sighed quietly, pulling the blanket over them. He just hoped that one day he would be able to tell Phil how he felt. He shut his eyes, doubting he'd be able to get to sleep with all the new thoughts forming in his mind. Dan was just too afraid to tell him.

"Good night, Dan." Phil mumbled sweetly and closed his eyes, trying to fall asleep even tho it was not easy to sleep with so much going on right now. He hopped that one day they could be together.

"Good night, Phil." Dan mumbled back softly. He eventually fell asleep around an hour later after attempting to stop over thinking everything. He woke up the next morning and checked the time on his phone: 10:23.

Phil woke up a few minuets after him. He opened his eyes slowly looked at him, giving Dan a tired smile. "Good morning." He said hoping that today would go better.

"Good morning." He replied,smiling sweetly at him. Dan still felt tired and didn't really feel like doing much today. But he didn't care what they did, as long as he was with Phil, anything was fine.

Phil smiled back at him, realizing that he put his arm over Dan while he was asleep. Phil blushed and looked into his eyes.

Dan looked back into Phil's eyes, blushing a bit as well once he noticed Phil's arm around his back. He felt his stomach doing that flippy over thing.
