Then the overlord got the attention of both them and show the picture of certain faunus...

Overlord: Blake belladona. Daughter of ghira and kali belladona. Not only she escaped but the headmaster ozpin didn't report her when one of my scanner took a picture of her on a bullhead with adrian Shepard...

Hiram: then this is bigger than we thought, maybe the rest of the headmaster are plotting against the combine empire... We cannot allow me his!

Overlord: and we will not. Ozpin has choose to stand against me. And he will pay the price. And he will not be only one...

Kayden: then what is the plan?

Overlord: autonomous judgement...

Both of the administrators  even if they only have little time at their job. They knew thanks to the advisors what that meant. And they were shocked

Hiram: my lord with all do respect. This will put us  against the whole world if we initiate autonomous judgement on vale.

Overlord: that why I'm sending new units to each kingdom.

Kayden: and what about ironwoods? He is going to get more weaponry for the resistance.

Overlord: that's why he is going to be supervised by an advisor personally.

Kayden: but then he will be in red flags and will inform of the Resistance. They will go to try and extract him out of the ruins of mantle.

Overlord: and then we initiate autonomous judgement in vale... So the resistance goes to mantle while we do our operations. Then both your kingdoms will make martial law for a bombing attacks on multiple civilian centers. And then I cut the national communication with the outside world... Vale will fall... Beacon will fall  and while the resistance is away... The huntsmen of vale will be left alone to fight our might.

Hiram: and what about the grimm? With all the chaos and death the grimm will be attracted to the negativety of the city. Out troops will have to deal with the huntsmen and the grimm...

Overlord: the grimm...? Oh, I haven't told you about the project dr. Merlot has been working on...

Both administrators took interested on said project.

Overlord: dr. Merlot has discovered some sort of connection in the grimm. Is like if someone is controlling them. And we have discovered too that there's a high concentration of grimm in the dragon shape continent. Meaning. That they have a lider, a alpha. And if we cut this connection... Then the grimm will perish. Because the "alpha" has some sort of grate negativety that keeps the grimm alive.

Hiram: all the grimm in the world will perish...

They just stuck there... Speechless... It's like the overlord had years of planning... And they certainly liked that.

Hiram: with that we will be unstoppable. No one will defy our rule. The one power that stop a massive problem with the grimm since the beginning of times... No one will be able to stop us.

Kayden: and we can concentrate on the resistance. And finish it.

Overlord: exactly. It will make our job of eliminating the resistance easier.

Hiram: But, what if this becomes earth once again?

Kayden: Earth?
