Ch.14

His mother's monstrous form turned back to Endeavor with a deadly glare as a demonic voice came out of her jaws.

"I won't let you take him, I WILL NOT LET YOU KILL MY SON, ENDEAVOR!! Yuuto Run!" Mika roared.

The battle continued, though it was pretty one sided as Mika collapsed from exhaustion. WIth a glare of pure disdain Endeavor sent one final blast, but a blue shield suddenly formed between them, protecting Mika. In front of her stood Seris Potter and Io Golt.

"What are you doing? Why are you protecting this filth?" Endeavor sneered at the two.

"That filth is my sister, and she wouldn't do something like this unless she was in danger," Io tried to explain.

"So you are a monster just like her, I guess I'll get rid of you too. You are a danger to society," Endeavor spat as he prepared another attack, but a strong hand stopped him.

Endeavor turned to see the new #1 hero All Might with his signature smile.

"That's enough Endeavor, Mika golt isn't the type to just randomly attack innocent people. Do you know what could have caused this?" All Might interrogated.

With a growl Endeavor ripped his hand away from All Might and stormed off. Seris, Io, and All Might gather around Mika as they listen to her final breaths.

"Where is he? Where is my son? Where is my baby?" Mika asked with her last and final breath.

The light from Mika's eyes quickly vanished as her monstrous body laid lifelessly in the destroyed neighborhood.

"NO! Mika please come back!" Io cried over her sister as Seris quickly comforted her.

Yuuto ran and ran not knowing where he was running to, when he turned down an alleyway to come face to face with his father. With a gasp Yuuto tried to run but was stopped by Endeavor as he grabbed his small shoulders ruffly, when suddenly.

"Endeavor we arrived as soon as we could, Is that one of the victims?" another hero asked.

"Yes I rescued him from the Monster attacking his home, sadly I couldn't save his parents. I could only get to him," Endeavor said with a serious face.

"Were sorry we could come in time, but good thing Endeavor here was able to save you,"

As Yuuto was about to protest, he felt Endeavor's hand tighten on his shoulder and began to burn his back. So with a forced smile he agreed.

"Yeah, Mr.Endeavor saved me,''

"I was just about to take him to the Police station," Endeavor said, pulling Yuuto closer to him.

"Endeavor! I found you. I've contacted some of the boys' close relatives and are waiting at the police station. I'll take the boy there swiftly," All Might said with confidence as he picked up the boy.

"I stayed with my aunt for a while, but I didn't wish to stay so I ran. Then I learned two years later about you," Yuuto said with a tired and sad smile.
