Start from the beginning

After doing that, I add the picture of the person I want to use on my profile pic. This time, I'll be using Harry so be ready to get your eyes blessed.
Anyways, I add it and erase the background, here's what it looks like now:

Since I want the profile pic to be cute and just pretty, I decided to add some dashed lines around him. I click on "Brushes" and then on the dash line brush.

Then, I chose the color white to keep it simple, here's how it came out:

After that, I clicked on "Brushes" again and chose the sparkles brush and
added some sparkles around him. I also searched up random cute stickers and added them as well even though most of them won't be seen on the profile pic. Here's what it looks like now:

Then I just added some effects and that's basically it, I won't go over the effects since thats pretty self explanatory. Here's the final result:

Honestly, if anyone wants to use this as their icon just tell me and I'll send you a link without the username on it! All you'll have to do is give credit on your bio.
