I cringed as Iroh knocked over a set of weapons on the wall, "Eh... My fault, entirely."

The prince answered the question the commander had asked, "We haven't found him yet."

"Did you really expect to? The Avatar died a hundred years ago. Along with the rest of the airbenders," He looked suspiciously at the prince, "Unless you have found some evidence that the Avatar is alive?"

I answered for him, "No Commander, we have found nothing."

"Prince Zuko," The commander narrowed his eyes, "the Avatar is the only one who can stop the Fire Nation from winning this war. If you have an ounce of loyalty left, you'll tell me what you found."

The prince glared at him, "I haven't found anything..."

"It's like you said. The Avatar probably died a long time ago," He got up and I joined him, "Come on, Uncle, we're going."

He walked to the door, but was stopped by Commander Zhao's men, "Commander Zhao, we interrogated the crew as you instructed. They confirmed Prince Zuko had the Avatar in custody, but let him escape."

"Now remind me," The commander walked up right behind the prince, "how, exactly, was your ship damaged?"

"If you would commander," I spoke up, getting in a slightly defensive stance, "I would ask you to refrain from standing so close to his majesty."

He smiled, "I'm only asking him to tell me the story. I mean no harm."

"If it is a story you want," I smirked, "Then I guess I will have to tell you. But, I ask you not to be hostile to the prince."

"Fine by me Lady (Y/N)."

I smiled, "Please, sit back down. I will tell you."

I explained the entire situation while the prince moped. I could almost smile at the sight, Prince Zuko moping like a little boy being scolded by his babysitter.

Once we were done, the commander got up in a rage, while I sat down.

"So a twelve-year-old boy bested you and your firebenders. You're more pathetic than I thought."

"I underestimated him once, but it will not happen again!"

"No, it will not. Because you won't have a second chance."

My eyes widened, fear filled me. I can't let them capture the Avatar. We need him to stop the fire nation.

"Commander Zhao, I've been hunting the Avatar for two years and I-"

"And you failed! Capturing the Avatar is too important to leave in a teenager's hands. He's mine now."

The prince lashed out at the commander, but was held back by the commander's men.

"Keep them here."

Prince Zuko was enraged. He lashed out, breaking the table that sat in the center of the room, Iroh smiled, "More tea, please."

The commander came back an hour later, good thing too, I was getting tired of hearing the prince lashing out in anger. I at least needed a little break from it.

"My search party is ready. Once I'm out to sea, my guards will escort you back to your ship and you'll be free to go."

The prince got in the commander's face, "Why? Are you worried I'm going to try and stop you?"

The commander just laughed, "You? Stop me? Impossible."

"Don't underestimate me, Zhao! I will capture the Avatar before you!"
