Chapter 8

"No roaming around the shack. I'll just continue my shift and wait them to come back." I said. Bill just looked at me.

"Cheer up, Sunflower. Everything will be okay." He puts his fingers between my lips and lifts it, indicating me to smile but I frowned after.

"You know I'm just worried about them." I sighed.

"How about let's read Pine Tree's book to keep you entertained and distracted?" He suggested. I widened my eyes. Thankfully, Dipper's journal is always in his vest.

"Uhm, sureeee." I panicked but not showing it to him. I grabbed a random book under the counter.

"It's... Jimmy Proton: Weirdness and Madness." I read the title and wow, I grabbed a weirdly convenient book to read.

"Jimmy Proton's really genius making this content."  I said sheepishly.

"Let's read it, shall we?" He said.

"Of course."

I was thankful that Dipper left this book in the counter, making me to read it a little. It really was all about the weirdness Jimmy Proton encountered around the world.

I put the book on the counter and placed it between us. He moved a little closer to me and start reading.

Sometime later, Bill and I had been reading for quite some time. I didn't expect that he's gonna read this book with me. I stopped reading and looked at him. I saw his eyes were moving, focused on reading every word of the book.

Ugh! I'm in this state again, admiring and mesmerising him. I can stare at him for eternity even if it's rude. I examine his features, his blond hair, his kissable lips, his golden cat-like eyes, and of course, his charismatic face.  It's like I'm hypnotized and wanting to be with him forever.

I shook at my thoughts and my mind suddenly created an idea.

How about this. If these three signs happened, it's him. First, if he mentioned something involved with his past deals. Second, if he will change into his original form and finally, if I see him angry on this day.

"I think, I remember this man right now." Bill commented. I snapped out the reality.

"Oh, you know him?"

"That man made a deal with me," He frowned like he remembered a certain memory with Jimmy Proton.

"What happened?" I asked.

"Well... Let's say, he didn't do something I asked and gave him nightmares everyday, resulting to this book, especially, the madness part." He grinned. I stared at him and lost for words.

Wait... Did just the first sign happened?

The door opened, revealing it was a tourist. Not being  judgemental but she looks rude and obnoxious. She was scanning everywhere in the Gift Shop and she looks kinda mad. She kept muttering under her breath. I went to her and gladly asked her.

"You need some help, Ma'am?" I asked. She looked at me and instantly glared at me like I did something wrong.

"Where's the Mystery Tee, woman?" She asked.

"I'm sorry, Ma'am but it's not available right now." I said nicely.

"What do you mean it's not available?!"

"We're out of stock." I simply said.

"So are you telling me that I went in this stupid Gift Shop for nothing?!" She snapped.

"I'm sorry but Pine Tree and Star Tee are the only available ones." I said.

"I like to speak to the manager!" She shouted.

"I'm sorry but he's not around here..."

"What do you mean? Not here? Of course, a manager is always here to oversee their employees." She said sternly.

"But he's not really here."

"So are you calling me a liar?! You should be fired instantly! You pathetic, little bit–" Her hand was going to meet my face when suddenly her body was surrounded with flames and disappeared. I widened my eyes. I looked back at it was Bill, who's in a triangle form and red, looking angry.

"EXCUSE ME BUT WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED?!"

"Pardon me, Sunflower but that meatsack deserves it." Bill calmed himself and went back to being yellow.

"Where is she?!"

"Oh, somewhere burning." He grinned.

"Her existence is least of your worries. At least, you're unharmed and she's not bothering you." He said sweetly and went back on reading.

I was going to back when I realized all the signs happened.

"It's just a coincidence, right? If he's really the one... If I look outside, they are back from the Bottomless Pit." I muttered. I look outside through the door, revealing Dipper, Mabel, Soos and Mr. Stan are back from the Bottomless Pit.

I got chills, feeling like it's destined to happen.

Dipper, Mabel, Soos and Stan are still falling in the bottomless pit. Mabel holds her scrapbook tightly, showing a certain page.

"... It's unexplained on why Y/n has always have a yellow glitch beside her in my photos." Mabel said.

"That's unsual." Dipper replied.

"Hmmmn. All I know is she's oddly familiar to me." Stan said.

Bill was reading a book when he heard someone's shouting. He looked up and saw a woman was shouting at Y/n and saying rude things to her. He suddenly felt anger, causing his blood to boil. He transformed into his triangular form, turning red. He lifted his hand and move around, causing the woman to be surrounded by fire. He snapped his fingers and she disappeared. He was satisfied of Y/n's reaction.

"Don't mess with my Sunflower..." He mumbled.

Stan was watching the CCTV to see what happened in the shack while he's 'gone'. He was eating toffee peanuts when he spitted it out.

"Hot Belgian Waffles?!" The footage appears to be Y/n was reading a book but the page flips itself. He was going to rewind it when a yellow glitch came, making the footage to be lost. Mr. Stan turned off the device.

"Ugh, Maybe, I  just need to rest."

Yay, new trashy chapter! I can't believe I just made three extra scenes! Also, Jimmy Proton: Weirdness and Madness is just a made up book andddd not all the time Bill wants to read someone's thought.
