Chapter 6

Pyrrha: "You guys go on ahead firsy I'm going to wait for Jaune

Me and my team head back to our dorm and we get ready for bed. And when I finished changing my clothes I wanted to get some fresh air so I decided to go to the roof, but when I was about to open the door I heard Pyrrha and Jaune talking about something.

Jaune: "Pyrrha, I know I'm going through a hard time right now, but I'm not that depressed. I can always be a farmer or something..."

Pyrrha: (realization hitting her with horror) "N-n-no ! That's not why I brought you up here! Jaune, I know you're having a difficult time in class and that you're still not the strongest of fighters, so... I want to help you !"

Jaune: "Wh-what ?"

Pyrrha: "We can train up here after class where no one can bother us !"

Jaune: "You think I need help ?"

Pyrrha: "N-no ! No, that's not what I meant."

Jaune: "But you just said it."

Pyrrha: "Jaune, everybody needs a little push from time to time. It doesn't make you any different from the rest of us. You made it to Beacon ! That speaks volumes of what you're capable of !"

Jaune: "You're wrong. I-I don't belong here."

Pyrrha: "That's a terrible thing to say ! Of course you do !"

Jaune: "No, I don't !" I hear him sigh and started again, "I wasn't really accepted into Beacon..."

Pyrrha: "Wh-what do you mean ?"

Jaune: (voice going higher and higher as he confesses) "I mean I didn't go to combat school, I didn't pass any tests. I didn't earn my spot at this Academy I lied ! I got my hands on some fake transcripts, and I lied !"

Pyrrha: "What ? But... why ?"

Jaune: "'Cause this is always what I've wanted to be ! My father, my grandfather, and his father before him were all warriors ! They were all heroes ! I wanted to be one, too. I was just never good enough."

Pyrrha: "Then let me help you!"

Jaune: "I don't want help ! I don't want to be the damsel in distress ! I want to be the hero !"

Pyrrha: "Jaune, I-"

Jaune: "I'm tired of being the lovable idiot, stuck in the tree while his friends fight for their lives ! Don't you understand ? If I can't do this on my own... then what good am I ?", "Just... leave me alone. Okay ?"

I finally open the doors shocking both of them, Jaune was the first to speak up

Jaune: "Y-Y/N were you listening to the whole thing"

Me: "Yes I did, and sorry for eavesdropping on your conversation. And don't worry I won't tell Ozpin about your fake transcripts, eventhough I doubt that he doesn't know that because he has almost every piece of information of every student at beacon. And if he let you in with those fake transcripts then I'm sure he saw some potential in you."

Jaune: "Alright Y/N I'll think about what you said, but for now could you both please leave ?"

Me: "Ok then Jaune if thats what you want, come on lets go Pyrrha" she puts on a sad smile and follows me off the roof. When we arrive at our dorms "Hope you feel better soon Pyrrha, and I'm sure Jaune will eventually come around" I try to sound reassuring

Pyrrha: "Yeah, goodnight Y/N", "Night" I replied and went into my dorm

Suprisingly, Ruby was the last one still awake
