"Wait." Lisa said.

She walked towards the taxi at the side to the road, "Hi, Sir my friend needs a ride, how much does it cost from here to..." Lisa's voice trailed off as she realized she did not know where the woman was heading. The woman looked at her "Boston"

"Boston." Lisa told the taxi driver. The driver thought for a while, "Five thousand dollars." The man said. "WHAT?" Lisa half shouted at the price, well that is expensive. Lisa looked at the woman "My purse was stolen." The woman said. Lisa's eyes grow wide and felt sorrier for the woman.

"It's okay." Lisa said and grabbed her wallet. The woman stopped her, but Lisa insist. $200 that is all she has. Lisa grabbed one of her credit cards and gave it to the taxi driver. She smiled to the woman.

"It doesn't work." The driver said. Lisa blushed getting more embarrassed at the situation. "Wait, I have another one here, I don't use this one." She gave the card to the driver.

"Still doesn't work." The driver said.

The woman looked at her annoyed and frustrated, "Do you even have anything that works?" the woman yelled and walked away. Lisa was shocked at the woman's attitude. Geez, she was just trying to help.

"I am sorry, Sir." Lisa apologized at the driver. "Just take your girlfriend home." The man replied annoyed. Lisa rolled her eyes.

The woman walked briskly out of the embarrassing situation the stranger had put her into. Sure, the stranger was kind, but it is getting creepy. Although the stranger looked decent, her kindness seems too much. She could just stand outside of the station and wait till 5:30am, now she needs to find a place to stay until 5:30am. She is not familiar with New York as she came from Korea and only lived in Boston for one and a half year. She heard a loud bang and that is when she realized she in a poorly lighted street and saw three man trashing the streets and laughing hysterically. She suddenly felt scared and walked slowly staring straight at the ground avoiding the gazes of those three men. The men walked towards her and she can feel her heart beating loudly. She almost screamed when someone grabbed her shoulders.

"Hey babe, I've been looking for you" She heard the stranger's voice loud enough for the men to hear and she felt relief. "Walk straight and don't mind them." The stranger whispered as the stranger's hands gripped her shoulders firmly. Sure, enough the men changed directions when they saw she is not alone. They walked past the men and stopped when they reached a well-lit part of the town.

"Thank you so much." The woman thanked Lisa.

"You know, I always wanted to be a knight in shing armor in someone's story." Lisa stated.

The woman scoffed, "Am I your princess?"

Lisa looked at the woman, and smiled "No, you're my shining armor" The woman rolled her eyes and Lisa laughed.

"So, that is why you were helping me the whole time?" The woman asked

Lisa giggled. "Yes and No". The woman furrowed her eyebrows.

"Just yes and no." Lisa stated, and the woman laughed.

"Where are you going by the way?" Lisa asked the woman.

"Downtown." The woman replied.

"You know, I've been here before because I used to live here, and I don't think you're going the right way." Lisa stated. The woman looked at Lisa intently.

"Trust me?" Lisa asked. The woman thought for a while.

"Okay." Lisa smiled and the woman smiled back.
