I smile to myself, turning back to Jin, Yoongi, and Namjoon with a newfound sense of optimism.
Finally, we finish with dinner, and Jin gathers us into the living room to play games. Like magnets, Jungkook and I immediately find our way back to one another, cozying up, but not too close, on the couch.
"Okay, okay, OKAY!" Jin shouts, his tone demanding us to stop talking amongst ourselves and listen. Once we've all given him our full attention, he continues.
"The first game we're going to play is charades. I've written a bunch of different things down and put them inside this cup. Don't worry, it's actually really simple. You have to act out whatever you draw; you can't talk at all and your team has to try and-"
"For fucks sake we know how to play charades, Seokjin," Yoongi grumbles, pleading with Jin to hurry up with his explanation so we can actually play the game.
"Fine." He huffs, annoyed with Yoongi's sour attitude. "Let's play. We'll do three teams. Yoongi you can be with Joonie and I, you ungrateful shit. The rest of you split up however you want."
"What if I wanted to team up with someone else?" Namjoon asks, raising an eyebrow playfully at his boyfriend.
"Play with me now, Namjoon," Jin warns, "or I won't play with you later." Namjoon wipes the smirk off his face immediately, noticing the seriousness in Jin's tone.
"You two can be on a team," Tae offers, gesturing to Jungkook and I, "I'll take this cutie."
"I guess I'll take you too," Hobi winks.
Jungkook and I smile at one another, thankful Tae saved us the burden of having to decide the teams ourselves. The less attention we draw to ourselves, the better.
Finally, we begin the game. Each of us are exhausted from a week of hard work preparing for the concert, but truthfully, we're all very thankful to be spending quality time together.
Jin goes first, drawing "alpaca" out of the cup.
He starts trying to act it out, but fails miserably. We can't help but to laugh hysterically at his feeble attempt. Both Namjoon and Yoongi are at a loss for words, completely perplexed by the way he crawls around on the ground.
"Whatever!" He shouts once his time is up. "That was a stupid card anyway."
"You made it," Yoongi points out, earning a scowl.
Hobi goes next, drawing "hamburger" out of the cup. He begins "making" the burger with his actions, before pretending to take a bite. Finally, Tae guesses it correctly, earning a kiss on the cheek from his boyfriend.
"See? I told you we would win this. Easy," Tae sighs cockily, wrapping his hands behind his neck as he leans back on the couch.
I roll my eyes. "Please. Watch this."
I hop up from my cozy spot nestled by Jungkook's side, eagerly making my way to the cup. I draw out the word "moon," furrowing my eyebrows together as I mentally reread the words over and over again in my mind. How the hell am I supposed to act out a giant rock in the sky? I glance up to Jungkook who gives me two thumbs up encouragingly. I laugh nervously.
I could point to the sky, I guess? Make a big circle with my arms? Spin round and round. I sigh. I'm hopeless. We're hopeless. What was Jin thinking? The rest of the members shout at me to hurry up, but Jungkook shushes them all, not wanting me to feel rushed.
Finally, I just decide to wing it, and try out a bunch of different things. At first, I begin lifting my hands to the sky, unsure of what else to do. But then, all at once, another idea hits me.
