We parted our hands & quickly stood up to see Asher giving us a devious grin.
"Wait---Asher??" I jumped up, shaking my hands rapidly at him sitting comfortably on a rock,
"Were you there this whole time?"
"Yo kiddos! No, I just got here 3 minutes ago" He winked,
"Have you & the others finish with what you're supposed to do?"
"I've done my share a little sooner, I got sent back then I remembered meeting here. Oh & I'm not alone. Look who I found on my way here"
Asher gestured behind him & out came Doffy, still wearing those dark shades & Lily, who had her hair in a ponytail now.
(Does Doffy wear those glasses all the time??)
"Sry we're late, guys" Lily greeted, "Where are the others?"
"If anyone's wondering about the twins, I don't normally bring them out so they're off the list"
"Dante & Raythe are in town. They'll be here soon enough. How comes Roci's not with you?"
"Well....."
"My brother sprained his ankle on his way down this morning, which is why we're late"
"Ouch🤕almost like the time when I twisted mine last year. Let's go see him"
"I thought we were gonna stay here"
"No need. Dante & Raythe will probly take the shortcut around the forest"
"Shortcut?"
"Yeah, the same shortcut we took when Caddie here landed on ya, Doffy boy" Asher reminded, ruffling Doffy's hair, in the process it all came out in spikes
Cadds puffed her cheeks & we all started giggling, "Better yet, you can finally see their house, Asher, the one I was telling you about"
"Sounds alright"
"Asher, never again ruffle my hair. Only my mom does that"
"Aww, at least you care for once, Doffy"
"......Enough please"
~Then we scurried off taking the detour but I didn't stop them for the view this time hehehe. I was much more concerned of the look on their faces when we arrived.😆😆~

~The row of the overgrown vines & flowers on either sides & the scattering leaves in the air kept most of us busy on the way. It took a while until we reached the clearing spot~
"There it is!" The girls shouted,
~I widened my eyes abit as I glanced at that mansion downhill, close to the coast. To think, we didn't notice that big building surrounded by a small fence & a neat lawn~
