Us Two And Them

Chapter 3

"Yes, you have to ask permission to go out." He said more stern this time, I knew he wasn't messing this time. "I would also like to add. I expect good grades and no relationships they get in the way of your studies"

Me and Roman just said. "I understand ".  There was more small talk between everyone. Lucas spoke once more. " Tomorrow we are going to take you guys shopping so you can get some clothes for school. Since you don't have any."

Yeah, we do have clothes just not as much as they did. I didn't want to take their money I worked hard for mine. I don't need it to be handed to me. "No thanks." Adding a smile at the end. I really didn't want to go shopping. For first time Xander spoke up. "I thought girls liked to go shopping?"

I gave him 'are you serious' look. But I knew how to put them in their place and make them shut up. "Well this girl doesn't like shopping but you wouldn't know that cause haven't seen me in 10 years." Adding a winning smile to my answer. If I had been sitting beside Roman that would of earned another jab in the ribs. But I mean I have been trying my hardest.

There was now tension in the air. Xavier decided to break it. "We're gonna watch a movie in the sitting room if you would like to watch it with us after dinner." Roman gave me 'were gonna watch it and be nice look'.

"Yeah, we will." Roman replied with a smile.

So after dinner we decided to get changed into something more comfortable. I had these pajamas Roman got me for my birthday that I wore. They had a mickey mouse on the top and matching red bottoms with the outline of mickey heads on them. I'm a disney fan at heart. I mean who isn't?

When I got downstairs everyone was spralled out on the L shaped couch. Roman sat in between Xavier and Xander near the start of the couch. Angelo sat beside Xander. There was a spot there im guessing for Lucas. The only spot left was the corner of the couch which means I'm gonna be trapped between Lucas and Jordan. Jordan noticed me and patted the seat next to him. I walked over and took it.

Lucas walked out with beer for him and Angelo. He also carried three big bags of popcorn and some sweets. He gave a bag to Roman to share between the twins and one for me and Jordan to share. Him and Angelo were gonna share the last bag.

"So what do yous wanna watch" Lucas said.

"Watch a comedy." Xavier said

"No I say we watch a horror." Xander chimed in.

Everyone was agreeing but Angelos face was priceless. I guess we know who doesn't like horror movies.

"No I don't want Roman or Harlow to have nightmares" Angelo said. I think it was funny so I decided to speak up for both of us.

"No, we love to watch horror films." I smiled innocently.

"Okay then it's settled we will watch a horror." Xander said snatching the remote off of Lucas and putting on 'The Quiet Place'.

I noticed during the movie Angelo would jump but tried to cover up it was a funny sight. Half way through the movie Roman was asleep lying his head on Xavier shoulder. I was starting to get tired myself but I don't trust them so I couldn't let myself fall asleep.

Soon the movie ended. "Okay everyone up to bed." Lucas said when the movie ended. We all walked up said our goodnights. This was the first time I would be going asleep without Roman. Once I laid on the bed I couldn't fall asleep. It was too quiet I was so use to helping my mother then listening to the other naoighbours as they moved around at night.

But then my door opened. I sat up and I watched as Roman walked in. "Couldn't sleep?" I asked.

"Yeah, I'm not used to sleeping without you. I hope I didn't wake you up." He walked over to bed and got in beside me.

"No you didn't I couldn't sleep without you etheir. " We laid down and he wrapped his arms around me and I laid my head on his chest.

"You know if you don't like it here we can always leave and go somewhere else. I can get__"

"Shhh you promised me you were gonna try get along and I'm happy." He replied.

"You promise?" I held my pinkie out to him. He wrapped his around mine and said "promise".

"Do know what going to happen to mom?" I really didn't know the answer to that but I think he took my silence as my answer. "Goodnight I love you"

"I love you too".

I then fell into a dreamless sleep.

Well thats it for Chapter 3 I hope you enjoyed. Tomorrow they will go shopping. I really hope this isn't boring I mean we are only getting into the story but still.

I want to mention I'm not from America. I'm from Ireland so I don't know about school over there or anything so I'm gonna try my best and the slang. Sorry if I say any Irish slang. I have been trying my best not to. So ye.
