You can click on the circled option below, and you can add extras to your graphics. There's hearts, sparkles, leaves, and many others you can choose from. For this, I chose the hearts and just tapped the picture wherever I wanted them to be.

And you can search in the stickers to choose one you like ! After finding the one you want to add, just tap the picture and it'll be added !
