There was a moment of silence before Fred asked sweetly, "Can I look at you?"
I chuckled, "Of course, Freddie."
Fred quickly got off the counter and walked towards me, still peeking my head out of the curtain. He stared at my face, his smile increasing the longer he stared.
Fred said smirking, "Can I join?"
I chuckled, "Not with George here."
"Alright," Fred said, apparating back into the bedroom.
I listened as Fred attempted to convince George to leave the room, not telling him why. "I'm not going to leave, specifically because you want me to leave," George said laughing.
I finished washing my hair and body before stepping out of the shower, turning off the water. I heard another loud groan followed by Fred saying, "I missed my chance didn't I?"
I wrapped a towel around my body, setting my dirty clothes to the side before opening the door slightly, "Yes, now can you grab me some new clothes?"
I heard footsteps as I watched Fred rummage through my clothes, grabbing a pair of jeans, a bra and a pair of my underwear. He then looked over at his things before walking over to his trunk, pulling out his green sweater and one of his shirts.
Fred walked back over to me, handing me the mixture of our clothing as I said, "Thank you, Freddie."
"No problem, love," he replied with a smile.
I shut the door and changed into the new clothes. I walked out of the bathroom, George rushing in immediately after me. I walked over to Fred's bed, where he was sitting, lifting his face to look at me with my index finger, whispering, "You'll get another chance."
Fred took a hold of my waist, smiling while pulling me closer to him, "I better."
I began running my hands through his short hair before the door to the bathroom opened, George stepping out, "Okay, we can go now."
I grabbed my belongings as Fred and George grabbed their things. Fred held out his hand so that we could apparate downstairs. I accepted and Fred, George, and I apparated into the kitchen, where everyone was.
As I looked around I noticed Harry and Sirius weren't there so I turned to look at Hermione, asking, "Where's Harry?"
"I'm not sure, he must've gone into a room when we were walking down the hall. I'll go fetch him," Hermione said, exiting the room.
A few minutes later Harry and Hermione returned, followed by Sirius. We all grabbed our things, saying good bye to Sirius, and leaving for King's Cross Station.
~Time Skip~
We'd just arrived at Hogwarts and were walking in the Courtyard along with all of the other students. "Are we still planning on pranking Umbridge?" I asked curiously, looking between Fred and George.
"Of course," Fred and George both say immediately, in unison.
I opened my mouth to speak when I noticed Harry, Ron, and Hermione quickly walking towards us. "What's wrong?" I asked as they got closer.
"Hagrid's back!" Hermione said excitedly.
I smiled, looking between Fred and George again before Fred said chuckling slightly, "Go on, love. We'll be inside."
I stood on my tippy toes to kiss Fred on the cheek before linking arms with Hermione and running after Harry and Ron. Hermione and I caught up with the boys as we all ran quickly down the hill towards Hagrid's hut.
As we reached the hut we stopped in front of the door when we heard Umbridge say, "I will say this one last time."
We walked around to a window and all peered inside, seeing her in her revolting pink outfit as she continued, "I'm ordering you to tell me where you've been."
"I told you, I've been away for me health," Hagrid answered.
"Your health?" Umbridge asked suspicious, trying to look around Hagrid at the window.
"Yeah, bit of fresh air, you know," Hagrid responded as we all ducked out of Umbridge's line of vision.
"Oh, yes. As gamekeeper, fresh air must be difficult to come by," Umbridge said rudely.
There was a few moments of silence before Umbridge spoke again, smugly,"If I were you, I shouldn't get too used to being back. In fact, I mightn't bother unpacking at all."
Hagrid watched her as she walked towards the door, causing Harry, Hermione, and I to back away from the door. As the door opened I noticed Ron hadn't backed away fully so I quickly pulled him to us by his robes.
As Umbridge shut the door her face contorted to one of disgust, while sniffing the air. She then pulled out a bottle of perfume from her pocket before spraying herself and then turning around to spray towards Hagrid's door.
Umbridge took a deep breath before walking away. We slowly walked to Hagrid's door before knocking. Hagrid opened with cuts all over his face. Once he saw us he forced a small smile onto his face while saying, "Come in, come in."
"What was that ogre doing here?" I asked as we all walked in.
"She was suspicious about me whereabouts," Hagrid responded, shutting the door behind us.
"What were your whereabouts?" Hermione asked confused.
Hagrid gestured towards his table for us to sit before grabbing a raw piece of meat. After we sat, he sat down himself while saying, "This is top-secret, right?"
No one said anything, staring at him, waiting for his response. "Dumbledore sent me to parley with the giants," Hagrid said quietly.
"Giants?" Hermione asked loudly, shocked.
Hagrid put his finger to his lips, "Shh."
"You found them?" Hermione asked quieter.
"Well they're not that hard to find, to be perfectly honest. They're so big, see?" Hagrid explained, "I tried to convince them to join the cause. But it wasn't the only one that was trying to win them over."
"Death eaters?" Ron asked, worried.
"Yes," Hagrid answered, "Trying to persuade them to join You-Know-Who."
"Did they?" Harry asked.
"I gave them Dumbledore's message. Suppose some of them remember he was friendly to them. I suppose," Hagrid explained before sighing.
"And they did this to you?" I asked concerned, gesturing to the cuts on his face.
"Not exactly, no," Hagrid replied, putting the meat to his face.
Fang began to bark so Hagrid sighed, "Oh, go on, you have it, then, you dozy dog," throwing the meat to Fang.
Harry looked at the ground, causing me to look as well. He was looking at leaves and grass being pushed by the wind on the floor. Everyone stood up and walked towards an open window, listening to the storm brewing outside.
Hagrid spoke up, grimly, "It's changing out there, just like last time. There's a storm coming, Harry. We'd all best be ready when she does."
