Jotaro looked up at me from under the brim of his hat as I made my way over to him.
"Then, what are we supposed to do?" He asked. "Y/N doesn't want to make the decision, and I doubt either of us are going to back down from this."
I sighed softly. "I've heard about some relationships that involve three people—"
"If you think I want to get in a relationship with you, then you've got another thing coming. I'm not into guys," Jotaro interjected.
"Will you just let me finish?" I frowned.
Jotaro let out a huff in response and glanced the other way.
"As I was saying, I've heard about some relationships involving three people, however one person doesn't have to have a romantic interest in the third. Instead, they're more romantically focused on the person in the middle. It's what you would call polyamory," I explained.
"How the hell do you even know about this?" Jotaro looked back at me with a raised eyebrow.
"It's not unheard of." I shrugged. "How I know about it doesn't matter. What matters is that this may be the answer to this little situation we have gotten ourselves into."
"And do you think it could work?" Jotaro asked.
"There's no harm in trying. Obviously, we would need to talk about this with Y/N and see what she thinks about it."
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go and ask her." Jotaro spun on his heel and made his way to the door.
I grabbed Jotaro's wrist to stop him from walking out the door. "Wait! We can't just barge in and say 'Hey, Y/N. We've decided to have a polyamorous relationship, you in?' We need to ease into that subject."
"Then what do you propose?" Jotaro asked as I let go of his wrist.
"How about we go grab some snacks and a movie, show Y/N that you and I are okay with each other being around her, then we'll have that talk when it's time, okay?"
Jotaro rolled his eyes. "Yare, yare. Whatever. Let's just go."
Y/N L/N
"So, I hear you gave that Dan of Steel guy a good beating, huh?" Polnareff smirked as he rubbed some alcohol onto a graze on my arm.
"Did Jotaro tell you?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah. He said you were pretty badass." He smiled.
Wow. That was the second time Jotaro said I was badass when it came down to me fighting an enemy Stand user. I think I was starting to like the nice side of the delinquent.
"Never would have really considered myself as badass." I giggled.
"You might not realize it, but you've become so much stronger since the day we met." He nodded as he finished cleaning the graze and wrapped it up in a bandage.
"I have to admit, I do feel stronger."
Our conversation was cut short when a knock came at the door. I jumped up from the couch and jogged over to the door. As soon as I opened the door, I was met with the purple and blue gazes of Jotaro and Nori.
"Hey guys, what's up?" I smiled up at the two teens.
"We thought we could hang out for a bit. Just us three." Nori smiled as he held up a VHS tape and Jotaro held up a bag of snacks. "We've got a movie and some snacks."
I felt Polnareff come to stand behind me and place a hand on my shoulder. "I'll leave you guys to it. Keep that bandage on until the morning and your graze should be fine," he instructed with a smile as he released my shoulder. Jotaro and Nori stepped to the side to allow Polnareff to leave.
