The weeks passed by, uncomfortable silences filled most rooms when anything was mentioned about the petrified. I decided it was finally time to find out what exactly was going on. It was an early Tuesday morning and later on in the day was the first session of Lockhart's duel club, which I was dreading.

I grabbed my bag and made my way down to my Father's personal quarters. I figured he must know something and my best chances at discovering anything in this matter lied with him.

As I entered the room a sudden chill crept up my spine, goosebumps rose on my arm and something felt extremely unsettling. I looked around and could not see any sign of my Father's presence. I turned towards the portrait and heard something loud and like water outside the doors. I stood frozen in my space unaware of what was outside the door.

15 minutes had passed before I finally moved. I heard bustling behind me and spun around. I saw my Father dressed and frowning in my direction. "What is it you want, Liana?" He drawled. "Smile or your face will stick like that." I simply replied. He gave a light chuckle in response.

"I did actually come to speak to you though Dad." I said as I slumped into the sofa. "Why whats up?" He asked as he sat beside me. I looked up at his face and sighed. "What is the chamber of secrets?" I questioned. His expression dropped, void of any emotion but seen terror flash in his eyes.

The room suddenly went freezing and the goosebumps that had previously been on my arm grew again. He stared at me uneasily and we sat staring in silence daring the other to speak.

"Well?" I asked, with a short nervous laugh.

He explained the rumour of the chamber to me and the story of how it had previously been opened, 50 years ago. I chimed in with audible gasps and suitable reactions when necessary.

I now knew what the chamber was, but not what it held deep within.

We made our way to the Great Hall in time for the duel club. I took a stance next to Eli after My Father and I had departed. There was chatter for a short amount of time before Lockhart started bellowing "Now, now children! I know you're excited to see me but please, do calm yourselves!"

I rolled my eyes at how smug he was and I heard Eli chuckle from beside me. This caused me to giggle lightly, earning me a few confused looks from Slytherins and glares from Gryffindor girls. Both of which I just brushed off.

It was quite a boring lesson actually. That was until Lockhart and My father decided to call upon Harry and Draco to duel. You think you could imagine the outcome of such events. But, you definitely could not.

Things were getting intense as the boys duelled, Draco cast a spell and a large snake appeared from the end of his wand causing a numerous amount of gasps from Gryffindors and uneasy smirks from Slytherins.

The snake slithered slowly towards Harry who paled at the sight, but only slightly. The snake quickly turned to look at a boy who I believed to be called Justin and then it happened.

Harry began to speak. But not in English.

He spoke in a language foreign to my ears, but anyone could match that language to that of the animal that was slowly approaching the other boy. The more Harry spoke the more the snake stalked over to Justin.

I felt my skin growing goosebumps again and the room getting colder. I could no longer hear anything from my panic and worry and my legs began to feel weaker. I could feel my self start to breathe faster. This was until I felt a pair of arms wrap themselves slowly around my body.

The arms tightened and I leaned into body and began to shake. I was still unawarebif my surroundings, everything except the arms around me seemed to be a big blur and a muffled sound.
