AXIS'S POV

School's done so I made my way to the exit. I actually am planning to bring Sakura with me since the lady asked if they could meet her at some time. But it seems like Sakura has been avoiding me lately. She was not talking to me. She did not even eat lunch with me. Ever since that incident in the lockers, she started distancing herself from me. I just shrugged of her moodiness today and head on to the clinic location that the lady told me.

----TIMESKIP----

"Uhmm, excuse I'm here for..." before I could finish my sentence someone meddled in "Axis you're here. Glad you came right on time." I just smiled because I can't think of any proper response probably because of the nervousness I'm feeling right now. The lady then pulled inside the room and told me to seat. The doctors started to get some blood samples from me, my dad, and my mom. Then they get a saliva sample from us to. After getting the samples the doctor told us to wait for a couple of minutes then we'll get the results.

(P.S Just pretend that you can get the results of the DNA test the same day you took it. I kind of want to rush it so that we could proceed to the next part of the plot. I think that I should start bringing up the spice in this story cause, it is kind of getting boring so yeah.)

Back to the story

After a few minutes of waiting, the doctors came out of the room and handed us the brown envelop before smiling to us then he went back to his office. This was kind of nerve-cracking. No scratch the 'kind of' because it's really nerve-cracking. My life will turn around depending on what's written on that paper inside the brown envelop. "Well, this is it. We will finally find out the truth." The man said before slowly pulling out the paper from the envelop. We then looked up to the paper and saw...

"Is this true?" Those were the only words that came out of my mouth before I started tearing up. I didn't know how to feel about this situation. Should I be happy because I found my parents? Or Be mad because I met the people who threw me out when I was a kid. Screw it. I should just forget about the past and be happy with the present. I guess that is why they call it the 'PRESENT'. I can't wait to tell this to Sakura. I'm sure she will also be happy about it. My 'mom' wanted to celebrate but my phone vibrated, I looked at the caller's id and I just smiled before excusing myself.

-------ON THE CALL--------

"Hey where are you right now?"

"I'm still here at the clinic. Do you need anything?"

"No. Actually, mom called a dinner tonight? Are you free this evening? Oh, and by the way, how did the test go?"

"Which question should I answer first?" I just received a chuckle from the other line

"So, how did the test go? Is it positive?"

"It's positive." I squealed making the other line shout in joy too.

"So, you wouldn't be able to join tonight's dinner?"

"What makes you think?"

"Well, you sure would be celebrating with your parents."

"Is it okay?"

"Yeah, it's fine no worries, I'm sure mom will understand. Have fun there and congratulations!!"

"Thank you, enjoy your dinner too. I'll be back before midnight and don't wait for me, you have to rest, okay?"

"Okie, stay safe and have fun! Love you."
