I texted Aïcha to let her know I was done so we can start to go, I walked out the house and saw her waiting at my car, we both hopped in and drove off...
11:59am at Beverly While I was parking I heard the bell ring, we got out of my car and I texted Devonte to let him know we're here. I saw a group of guys walk out the school walking towards us.
"Are y'all Mariam and Aïcha?" One of them asked
"Yea thats us" I answered
"Here" he said handing us two cards with a pearly white smile
"Thank you" I said smiling back
We walked to the doors and scanned are cards, when we got in we saw Devonte and Quinton waiting
"Hey" I said opening my arms to give a hug to Quinton
"Hey " he said coming in for the hug
We pulled away and I went to say hey to Devonte
"Devyy " I said going to hug him
"What I tell you about that name" he said shaking his head
I chucked and hugged him. We started walking in the halls just talking, Devonte and Quinton introduced us to some people. While we were taking a tour of the school, a cute guy passed by, we both locked eyes. I looked back at Aïcha and she was mesmerized by him.
"Oh my fucking god" she whispered in my ear
"I know right" I whispered back
"Awww hell nah" Quinton said
"What?" Aïcha and I both said at the same time
"Y'all don't wanna get yourselves involved with that guy" Devonte said
"Why not" I asked
"He's bad news" Quinton said while getting an attitude
"How is he bad news" Aïcha replied confused
"Anybody can get into this school as long as your rich, the money can come from good or bad don't matter you'll still get in." Quinton said

"Yea sure" Aïcha said laughing
"It's not funny stay away from him" Devonte said in a serious tone

We continued walking around the school and got to the cafeteria. There were fast food places in the cafeteria? What the heck

The boys went to go buy some pizza at Pizza Hut. When they got there food we went to a table and sat down.
"Want some?" Quinton asked
"I don't like pizza" I said
"What?" Devonte said confused
"Who doesn't like pizza" Quinton said
When they finally finished there food we got up to leave since it was 1:03 and there class starts at 1:15 While walking out of the cafeteria I spotted Naila
"Naila!!" I said shouting
"Mariam!" She said walking towards us
"How are you" I said smiling
"I'm good I'm good. I didn't get to catch you guys's number last time" she said getting out her phone
"Ohh yea I forgot" I said taking out my phone to give her my number
We exchanged phones and put in each other's numbers, her and Aïcha did the same
"Alright bye, I have to get my books" she said walking off
"Bye Naila" Aïcha and I said at the same time
We walked to the door and got out of the school we gave the guys there cards back and we said bye to Quinton and Devonte. We drove off, I stopped at McDonald's since I hadn't ate and I was hungry.
"Thank you" I said grabbing my food from the window at the drive thru. We drove back to our houses. When I got inside, I went up to my room and put on some music on my speaker. I got a text from a random person on Instagram.

Uhhh what is wrong with this guy? Weird. I turned off my phone and continued vibing. It started getting late and I had school tomorrow so I decided to sleep.
