A smirk appears when he stops. You realize that your new standing location has been easily manipulated. He's managed to turn your back to the wall across from the couch, the same tactics as a predator or a herd dog.
Nines lunges forward, scaring you back until you're flush against the wall. Eyes are closed and your heart is beating fast. Both of your hands have clenched into a fist, hovering in front of your chest in defense. Your breathing is haste, but it starts to slow when you realize that you haven't been harmed. That fear and anxiety is still there, and you're uncertain if you want to look at Nines. A warm breath tickles the side of your neck, the simulated breathing telling you that his lips are near.
"You know what I mean, (y/n)," he whispers angrily, light spinning yellow.
When you finally open your lids, you can see the shoulder of Nines. Both of his palms lay flat against the wall, caging you in place on either side of your head. With more observation, you learn that one knee is wedged between your legs as an extra shackle.
"N- no... I don't," you manage to respond, lowering your hands to your sides.
He growls, pulling back slightly to look down at you. The living room's light creates a halo behind his head, and his face is heavily shadowed. Eyes seem to glow like the moon, because of the strong emotions that swirl and radiate inside. You know how aggressive and dominant he can be, so you try your best to stay firm.
"Why do you even give him the light of day? He's a waste of your time and effort."
"Excuse me? Don't talk shit about him! Especially when he's not even here to defend himself... Why do you seem to hate Connor so much?" you ask with fierce sass.
A scowl bares his teeth ever so slightly. "That poor excuse of an RK model... A failed prototype. He leaves a bad taste in my mouth, even more because of his love towards humans."
You scoff. "Well, Connor is a friend of mine, and he's not trash!" you reply. "And I find it quite condescending and hypocritical that you hate Connor for liking humans. You always get mad at Gavin for hating androids..."
His mouth twitches, one corner turning into a forced smirk. "Fine... but I don't understand your fascination with someone like him."
"Why? Are you... jealous?" you question, smiling smugly with arms now crossed.
Nines' chest raises, presumably taking an unnecessary deep breath. "No," he calmly states. "And I'm the one asking the questions here."
"Fine, but I didn't realize that I'd be interrogated tonight," you huff, rolling your eyes slightly. There's no way that you're just going to let him get away with this, not without having some fun in the process. "What do you want to know? Do you want to know if I'm seeing anyone? Who I'm fucking? What I do in the privacy of my own home?" you question sarcastically.
His head shakes with annoyance before he presses himself closer to your body. Now, only a few inches cushions you from him. "Hmm. That just raises more questions. Are you fucking him?"
You notice his light briefly flash red as he stares down at you. "Again, why would you care if I was?"
"It really doesn't matter, but a human such as yourself tends to waver towards temptations... Paying hundreds of dollars just to have someone give you a good fuck, whether it be android or human. It's all the same, isn't it?" A short chortle exits. "You wouldn't think twice if those hormones of yours peak, as long as you get some action."
