HELLO?!?! (... Me? pt 2)

Start from the beginning

He walked around the table, and put one hand on the table, one hand on the back of my chair, and looked me dead in the eyes. "You need to be honest with me right now. I'm giving you this opportunity to be completely honest with me." I nodded. "Did. You. Kill. Them?"

"No."

"Did. You. Kill. Them?"

"No!"

"Okay," He nodded and stood up. "Okay. Okay. Then why were your prints on the knife?"

"You don't believe me."

"I want to Ellie, I really do. But you're right I don't." (Btw, this takes place before Tony gets framed by Abby's assistant so he hasn't had this experience yet, jsyk.)

"I knew it. None of you do." I shook my head, and leaned back in my chair. "None of you bloody do."

"Can you blame us?"

"YES! YES, I BLAME YOU!" I replied, louder than I meant to, but I didn't care.

"Ellie stop yelling."

"NO! I'M NOT GOING TO! NONE OF YOU BLOODY BELIEVE ME!"

"Elioriana stop yelling, now please."

"I will not." I replied through my teeth. I stood up, and advanced towards dad. "I am not going to stop yelling because I know that I'm right."

"Then why were your prints there? That knife was from our kitchen."

"I DON'T KNOW! OKAY! I DON'T KNOW. BUT I DO KNOW THAT I. DIDN'T. KILL THEM!"

"ELIORIANA. Stop. Yelling."

"HOW ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE MY POINT!"

"NOW!" Dad bellowed in reply. If looks could kill we would both be dead.

"No." Now I'd be dead twice.

"Elioriana Taylor DiNozzo. Sit back down, stop talking, and stop lying to me."

"I am not lying to you."

"Then why were your prints at the scene?"

"I. Don't. Know. I have a bloody alibi."

"Your stories match almost too exactly."

"What if we, I dunno, were in the same place at the same time doing the same thing?"

McGee's P.O.V.
"I've never seen Tony this mad before." I said to Ziva, who was standing next to me in the observation room.

"This is exactly why we should not work on personal cases." Ziva replied,

"Come on Ziva it's Tony. He would work this anyway."

"What's happening?" Abby asked frantically, entering the observation room.

"Leah and Tony are having a pissing match." I replied, not taking my eyes off of the scene in front of me.

"What happened?"

"Tony confronted Leah, and they both got defensive. Now they're-" But I was cut off by screaming from the interrogation room.

"I WASN'T EVEN BLOODY THERE!" Leah insisted.

"STOP LYING TO ME." Tony demanded.

"I am not lying to you. We did homework, made and ate dinner, went to church, and came home again. Then hung out till I went home. There are people who can attest to us being at church, the dates on my homework can attest to when we did the work. We didn't wash the dishes we used so if you really don't believe me, go look at the bloody dishes."

"We will." Tony agreed, walking out, and slamming the door behind him. Leah was still murder looking after Tony, and Tony opened the door to the observation room, making the door bounce off of the wall.

"Tony," Abby began, but Tony cut her off with a look.

Ellie's P.O.V.
"WHY DO NONE OF YOU BLOODY BELIEVE ME! YOU KNOW ME!" I shouted at the 2-way mirror. Gibbs entered the room next, and motioned for me to sit down. So I did. Seething with rage.

"Leah," He began calmly. Oh I hate it when people make a point to be calm when you're angry. I raised my eyebrows at him. "Calm down." Oh hoo hoo hoo hoo. If looks could kill Gibbs would be very dead. "Do you want a hug or something?"

"No," I insisted, moving my chair back. "You don't touch me when I'm mad or I will hurt you."

"Okay, I get that." Then he fell silent. And just looked at me. And for some reason it both ticked me off, and calmed me down at the same time.

20 minutes later my restlessness started kicking in and making me insane.

"I'm sorry," I whispered, my eyes filling with tears. No reply. I stuck my hands between my legs after crossing my ankles. "I'm really sorry." Still no reply. "I shouldn't've yelled. I know the evidence all points to me but I didn't kill them. I promise I didn't. You- you have to believe me. P-Please."

"I believe you." Gibbs replied after another few minutes of silence.

My eyes flitted up from where they had been previously looking at the floor. "Really?"

"I do," Gibbs replied, laying a photo out in front of me. It was a picture of a note. The handwriting on it was weirdly really similar to mine, but also... different.

(For some reason my pictures have disappeared.)

"That's not my handwriting." I insisted, pointing to it. "It's... different."

"Could you write the same phrase on this piece of paper please?" Gibbs asked, moving a pen and paper towards me. I took my pen out of my pocket like last time, and wrote the same phrase.

I passed it back to Gibbs, and had to double back for a second as I recognized the handwriting of the note that they found at the crime scene.

"Leah, you okay?" Gibbs asked, seeing my expression.

"I recognize it."

Abby's P.O.V.
"TONY!" I screamed as I got another hit.

"What?" Tony replied annoyed, walking in and rubbing his ears.

"IT WASN'T ELLIE!" I punched the air a few times. "I KNEW IT!"

"What?"

"You do want to believe it wasn't her right?"

"Of course I do. But-"

"Well then want no longer because it wasn't her."

"What do you mean? And I don't care about the science behind it, just give me a name."

Abby and Ellie's P.O.V.
"It's Rylee Heffree." I said.
