at first jake was confused, it's either :
1) she pressed the wrong meme to send
2) she wanted to date him
3) she returned his feelings
4) she liked him back (it's literally the same as the third one dumbass)
"huh?" jake mumbled, glancing the attachment she aawsent him, slowly walking back towards her. "I.." Yeona we started, "I like you lol YOLO" she laughed , more like a nervous one. Jake sighed, grabbing her shoulders to make her look at him.
"did you just said lol out loud? and are you for real?" he asked, she couldn't really say much so she just nodded her head slowly, yes, she likes him and clearly is head over heels for him, and yes, she just said lol out loud.
jake let out a shaky breath, relieving before engulfing her into a tight hug, chuckling afterwards. "you scared me there."
"huh? scared? why would you be scared, am i annabelle or something?" she stated, pure confusion. "I thought you were joking," jake said, his breath fanned her neck, as cheesy as it sounds, but it sent shivers down yeona's spine.
"why would i be joking about feelings? i mean, we joke around a lot, but i know what's serious and not." yeona hugged him back. "i know you don't know shit." jake said carresing her back while inhaling her flowery scent.
"yea i don't, and even though we just met three months ago, we could still give it a try, right? i never dated anyone this fast but i'm down for the experience. so, i like you." yeona laughed, "so much." she continued. "how much you like me doesn't change the fact your lectures is going to start in 30 minutes" jake let go of the hug, smiling widely at the girl.
"right," she groaned in annoyance, she don't wanna leave him, not after the whole cheesy, vomit-worth scene they had just now. "see you soon?" jake asked, squishing her cheek, giving it a peck afterwards, making yeona dramatically gasped."STAWP" she hit him playfully, receiving a soft giggle from him.
"you should really go, just text me when you're done."
jake smiled, letting go off her hands that he had been holding for a few minutes now. right after mumbling a soft "okay", yeona turned her back, before walking away.
when yeona is out of sight, "LET'S GOOOOO!" jake cheered to himself, loudly, not caring if anyone witnessing him jumping up and down like her won the world cup or something.

i had a really interesting...week. it's a rollercoaster ride istg, it's emotional, overwhelming, tiring, funny idek but my mentor told me to go with the flow and figure things out slowly (with her guide ofc) so that's probably the reason i'm still stable rn. (no i'm not who am i kidding)
