Hi, I just finished training and wanted to share my results with you guys.

I sat down on my floor and leaned my back against my bed. I calmed myself and my thoughts, as soon as I thought the word 'teleport' my body started to tingle. After visualizing my T.R and thinking 'teleport' over and over again, I felt really REALLY tingly and had weird feelings of falling? Like when you jolt in bed because you think your falling (I hope that makes sense).

I had to stop because I didn't want to push myself, and I don't think I would have gotten any further then the tingling. I think if I practiced a lot more, I might be able to teleport soon.
