Elonique's Pov
As she strolled in she immediately caught sight of Damien as she walked towards us with Dreya by her side.
She looked elegant in a red thin strapped body fittingly dress.
She walked up to us as she embraced Damien in a hug"long time no see " she said.
"And who is this,your girlfriend " she said smiling as she wiggled her eyebrows at us.
"Elonique Myra, Myra meet Elonique" Damien said before he got interrupted by me.
" He's not my boyfriend" I said shaking my head with a small smile.
" Hmm, sure love " she said as she gave me wink," do please take care of my little brother and please don't hurt him" she said with all seriousness.
"Well it was nice meeting you sweetie , please excuse me as I attend to other guests" she gave one last glance before she walked away she seems so sweet.
Now the problem at hand , Damien eyes were trained on a certain dark brown headed gyal(a word for girl) and as she found lher way inside how.
He took steps towards her me behind him until we were in proximity of her.
Before she could slip away into the crowd , Damien caught a hold of her arm as he flung her back around to meet his face not before we walked off to a place from the crowd.
"What the fuck are you doing here,who invited you !" he spat angrily as he said this with clenched teeth having a steady grip on her arm.
"Damien I'm really sorry for all that I've done, I wanted to see if we could patch things up between us,I know I hurt you, and I truly am sorry , I hope you can forgive me , can't you take me back and leave her " she said as she side eyed me with pure hatred in her eyes thinking that I'm in her spot right now.
"Get the fuck out !,I don't want to ever see you again, why didn't I see your true colors from the beginning, I was so blindly in love with you" he said as he put emphasis on you with detest." "Oh wait you're here because you were dumped by Aidan" he said as he now smirked.
Her face immediately fell as it now had a pale look to it.
"Do you think I would be your rebound, get over yourself and sometimes I really wonder what is it I saw in you" he said as he was still upset.
" You see the her (meaning me) you refer to standing beside me is more a woman than you ever will be"." You were so toxic for me, such a manipulative bitch and I ignored all those red flags about you and now that I see them now in plain sight ,it makes me realize my mistake of ever loving such a selfish bitch ,you made me distance away from the people who actually cared about my well being."Gosh your such a fucked up person ,and Aidan was always a pussy so I never expected much from him ,he was gonna leave sooner or later but you surprised me and that made me hate you for all you've done to me."This isn't the same Damien you know before ,I won't hesitate to put you out myself, so I suggest you you see yourself out" he finished as he narrowed his eyes down on her.
"Damien please--" she started to say as she was crying as she held unto his arm.
He wringed his arm out of her grasp"I said get out!!!" he yelled as pain and anger flashed in his eyes.
All those memories flashing back.
She quickly scurried away heading for the door.
"Bloody hell! What was she doing here" Myra said in rage.
"I took care of it " Damien said as he rested his head against the wall with his fist balled up leaned on the wall.
"I'm sorry you had to see that, everywhere I go drama follows me" he said with a sad smile.
" It's fine, it's good to let out all your pent anger and pain expressing yourself through words and colorful ones I might add" I said with a small smile.
" Yeah " he said chuckling,"so let's head back to party shall we " he said as held out his arm for me to hold unto.
" We shall" I laughed as I enclosed my arm into his.
For the rest of the night , Damien had small talks as he greeted most of the guests as he would gradually introduce me also,to some as his girlfriend when I didn't get the chance to correct him as he would shush me with a kiss on my lips. I never get tired of his feverish kisses.
Soon the night came to an end as they told guests goodbye.
By now it was after 10pm, his parents came to bid me goodbye before going upstairs and his sister before she went out with friends.
When Damien asked where she was going this hour her exact words were"I'll have you know I'm an adult darling,ta ta" she said.
She did hug me and say I was such a sweet girl and she liked the vibe that I gave off as I reciprocated the hug.
"Ready to go" Damien said as he flipped the car key in his hands.
He now took off his jacket and put it over my shoulders as I was cold, now his sleeves were rolled up to his arms now displays a new tattoo on one of his forearm it was a half rose sleeve.
I didn't because he usually would have on a dark leather jacket.
"When did you do that" I said as my hand held up his arm assessing it.
"Yesterday" he said sheepishly as he scratched the back of his head.
"Do you like it" he said hopeful as he looked at me.
"Yeah I do it looks pretty good" I said as I let down his arm.
"Yeah let's go Elo" he said as held unto my hand intertwining our fingers once again for the night.
He opened my door before going to his side as he drove off not before I urged him to put on his seatbelt as I did the same.
In no time we arrived at my house as he came around again to open the door for me.
"Your such a gentleman" I said,"why thank you " he replied lightly chuckling.
He walked me to my door," Tonight was great thank you for that" I said,"bet you'll enjoy tomorrow even more " he said smiling showing his dimples in the dim lighting.
"What's tomorrow"I said confused.
" Baby it's our date, tomorrow marks the day your officially my girlfriend" he said as he brushed his knuckles against my cheek.
" Ohh alright then," I said smiling.
"Goodnight" Damien said as he gave me a short but sweet kiss as it left the lingering taste of champagne on my lips.
"Goodnight " I whispered as I touched my lips before turning around opening the door as I closed it gently behind me going upstairs.
