Jaune was sat with his team alongside RWBY in combat class. After waking up the fainted RWBY and NPR, much to their embarrasment, all of them rushed towards combat class, with several minutes to spare.
Jaune's friends were still amazed and shocked that their blonde knight has achieved the pinnacle of aura enhancement at such a young age.
It was when they sat in their seats that a horrible thought, creeped into their minds. They couldn't help but feel inadequate when they compared themselves to Jaune. When they were still playing huntsmen, Jaune was already a powerhouse, capable of walking around Remnant without any fear. They didn't want to think about it, but they couldn't help but imagine Jaune as a mountain, an unscalable mountain. That whatever they do, how much they progress in their training, that it wouldn't be enough. They couldn't help but think about how Jaune will abandon them, when he deems they can't catch up to him, if they can't measure up to his strength.
Nora was shaking just thinking about losing her family again, Pyrrha was trembling slightly as she didn't like the thought of being discarded by the first boy she grew to love, Ruby was pale at the thought of losing the first friend she made in Beacon, Weiss was afraid to think that Jaune be just like her parents who didn't care for her, Yang was clutching her head as she bit her lower lip unwilling to think about being abandoned again, Blake didn't want to leave a friend behind like she did with Adam, and Ren just sat in his seat with a blank look in his eyes as he thought about not being able to avenge his parents and village.
Jaune looked at their expressions and sighed before ruffling Nora's head and enveloping his friends in his aura, surprising them out of their depressing thoughts, as they suddenly felt something warm envelop them, making them feel safe and secure.
"Whatever you're thinking, always remember that no matter what happens, I'll always be there for you. I promise, and an Arc never goes back on their word." Jaune said to them softly but with a weight to it letting them know that he wouldn't break his promise to them.
When RWBY and NPR heard the promise, they looked at Jaune, and saw him give them a warm and soft smile. That promise and smile was all it took to disperse all of their negative thoughts about abandonment and inadequacy. They smiled as well, knowing that all of their fears were for nothing. Nora quickly accepted the brother like affection from Jaune, though it still made the girls pout, wanting their own head pats from the blonde knight.
"Good day, students! Let's start our classes. Who would like to start off?" Glynda greeted her class as she walked into the classroom, although she couldn't help but notice that something was different with teams JNPR and RWBY. What it was, she couldn't tell. As she asked her question, a hand belonging to one mister Jaune Arc, raised up.
"Good morning to you as well Professor Goodwitch! I would like to spar with my partner, Pyrrha." The blonde leader of JNPR said, earning him surprised gasps from his classmates, especially his partner. Miss Goodwitch was surprised as well, although she quickly accepted.
"A-Are you sure Jaune?" The redheaded spartan asked, unsure what her partner is planning, as she knows that she wouldn't stand a chance against him.
"Relax Pyr, just think about this as continuation of our training." Jaune said with a soft smile as he went to change. Pyrrha immediately smiled as she thought about his words and began to follow after her leader.
"Uhh.. Pyr? The girls changing room is that way." Ruby innocently pointed out, making the champion blush red, before quickly changing directions.
The rest of their friends either laughed or smiled. Glynda watched the blushing redhead amd couldn't help but feel some slight irritation. Grumbling and pouting about a certain blonde knight, she waited for the combatants to appear on stage.
It wasn't long before both Jaune and Pyrrha appeared on the arena, with Glynda starting off the match.
Jaune and Pyrrha both stalked each other for a while, looking for an opening. Pyrrha with her shield raised and her spear on the ready, she looked to Jaune, and with her experience as a tournament champion, immediately saw the great gap between her and Jaune. The pressure that Jaune exuded was enough that Pyrrha was almost discouraged to continue the match, but after remembering the warmth Jaune provided from before, she steeled her eyes and soldiered on.
Before entering Beacon, she always thought that people's lives were being governed by their destinies, that her destiny was already set and unchangeable no matter what she did. It was one of the main reason why she didn't really live her life the way she wanted, why she only trained to become a champion. But after meeting Jaune, her partner and leader, she came to see and know that her views about destiny being set from the very start were all bullcrap, and that if she really wanted to live, to live the life she wanted, she must grab her destiny with her very own hands to mold however she wants. So with this thoughts, Pyrrha wanted to show her thanks to Jaune, for showing her that her life is her own and that not even destiny could rule it. So with a determined gaze, she leveled her spear towards Jaune and thrust!
Jaune was impressed that Pyrrha managed to overcome the pressure he was letting out. He wanted to know, just how much is Pyrrha's determination. When he saw her eyes, Jaune smiled, and countered her thrust with [Caliburn].
Pyrrha wasn't discouraged by this, instead she smiled, as she reminisced about her tournament days. Even though a part of her would always be bitter about it because it caused her to live a life of loneliness, but another part of her would be thankful as well, as it was what caused her to leave Mistral, which then led to her meeting the love of her life, Jaune Arc.
Remembering what she learned about aura enhancement, Pyrrha gathered and enveloped her aura around her right arm and spear, making her thrusts stronger and faster, which Jaune countered by increasing his speed as well. The clangs and sparks of weapon hitting weapon, the swish of air as attacks missed their targets. These was what filled the arena, in which the knight and spartan sparred in.
-
The sudden speed and strength of her thrusts shocked the students and Glynda. For the normal students, they couldn't even follow the two fighter's movements, and only thought that this was what the Mistral Champion was truly capable of. Even the arrogant Cardin, was sweating profusely just watching the match, as thoughts about being weak and humiliated lingered in his mind.
Glynda was shocked and mesmerized by the spar she was witnessing, she had never thought that people could achieve such speeds being displayed in front of her, let alone a student of her who was not Jaune Arc. Even with her mastery of aura, she was barely able to follow the spear thrusts and sword swings the two students were dishing out on each other. Although one thing Glynda and the students noticed was the spartan's aura. And as they continued to watch the match, a question appeared in their minds, Could they do that to?
While the other students were watching the igniting sparks inside the arena, team RWBY and partners Nora and Ren, were following the actual match thanks to what Jaune thought them.
"Wooooo, go Jaune! Pyrrha!" Nora cheered excitedly as Ren held her down.
By focusing aura on their eyes, their eyesight was greatly enhanced, and this was what allowed them to follow the movements of the blonde knight and his partner. They were sweating slightly as the match continued on, watching the two fight was like watching a couple dancing together.
"Battle is a dance, and the fortunate find their partner." Blake quoted a line from a book she read, as she continued to watch the back and forth between Pyrrha and Jaune.
Ruby, Yang, and Weiss, widened their eyes when they heard Blake, as they too were now itching for a "dance" with the blonde knight.
-
Pyrrha tried to use her semblance, polarity, on Jaune's sword, but he wouldn't even budge. She then remembered the overwhelming difference between their physical strengths and instead just focused all of her aura into enhancing herself.
The spartan seeing that her incessant spear jabs weren't doing anything to Jaune, she stopped, only to leap in the air and jab her spear down onto Jaune.
Jaune blocked her spear with his sword, although not taking any damage, the ground he was standing on was crushed by the weight of Pyrrha's aura enhanced spear bearing down on him.
-
Everyone watching was visibly horrified of the two fighters. Every student there knew that they wouldn't stand a chance against even one of the two, even RWBY, Nora, and Ren thought of this.
Glynda was amazed by the Pyrrha's offensive and Jaune's defense, only for her amazed expression to grew irritated after seeing the damages being done to the arena, and the fight hasn't even reached it's climax yet. Glynda at this point was mentally weeping, as she would have to work her semblance into overtime if she wanted to fix the classroom.
-
As soon as Pyrrha touched down on the ground, Jaune was already on her. She was barely able to block Jaune's swing with her shield. She didn't expect the strength behind his swing though, almost tossing her out of bounds if not for her enhancing her feet.
Jaune didn't let up, as he was the one on the offensive this time. Pyrrha could only hide behind her shield as Jaune continued his attacks. With every hit pushing Pyrrha back, although she held on by focusing her aura into enhancing her defences, making her unable to attack.
This went on for several minutes until Pyrrha was brought to her knees, due to her aura reaching 0%.
Breathing heavily, Pyrrha was happy, this was the first fight were she truly struggled. This was her first ever defeat, she was glad that Jaune was the one who gave her her first defeat. She didn't even have the strength to stand up, but was surprised when an cool and fresh sensation enveloped her, healing her injuries, washing away her fatigue, and fully maxing out her aura reserves. Soon, a huge shadow was over her kneeling form. When she looked up, she saw the outstretched hand of a smiling Jaune.
"That was a good fight, partner." Jaune said to her, making her smile back to him.
Not even hesitating, she grabbed her crush's hand and let herself be pushed up, as the cheers of the students and their friends continued on around them.

-Arc Residence-
Not much happened in the Arc clan, ever since Jaune left for his dream. The only impactful events that happened were when the massive grimm horde appeared and was crushed, and when the Arc clan accepted a new addition to the family.
Gawain, the Knight of the Sun and Jaune's first servant was happily hunting down grimm near their residence, as he didn't have much to do, as the Arc parents were out on a date while the children were visiting Saphron who moved out a while ago.
The gorilla knight began to reminisce about the past, how he was accepted to the family with open arms, when they heard that he was the one that trained and helped Jaune on his adventures. How he would exchange stories of his young master with the family, helped them with chores, even the trivial one's like gardening, taking out the trash, groceries. Gawain was happy that Jaune sent him to protect the Arc family, because he really felt like part of a family here.
When Gawain thought back to his first life, he couldn't help but think about his own siblings. He thought about what could have been, if he acted more of as a sibling instead of knight towards them. He remembered how his little sister, Gareth, was closer towards Lancelot, even becoming his squire. He remembered how his siblings, Mordred and Agravain, betrayed their king due to their selfish mother's machinations.
He sighed, as he knew that no matter how many what-ifs he thought about, he can't change the past. He'll make amends to his siblings if he see's them again, but for now he'll focus on the Arc family. He did wonder how Jaune is doing, the last major event that happened was when he was visited by Hundred Faces, informing him, that she, along with Atalante and Achilles, were Jaune's latest servants.
Gawain stopped reminiscing about the past when he came face to face with a pack of beowulves. Unsheating his sword, Galatine, Gawain smiled before dashing towards the group, intent on destroying every single one of them.

-Menagerie-
This is were Atalante and Achilles established their base of operations, seeing that Menagerie was the place where faunus gathered.
Using Achilles' chariot, they managed to escort the children that were being abused in the orphanages that they visited, especially the faunus children. Although they had to make several trips as Achilles' chariot wasn't made for several people to ride at once.
Atalante had no trouble integrating herself in the new land, seeing as looked like a faunus, although she did receive many stares as she was the first faunus they had seen with more than one animal feature.
Achilles had a hard time as he was a human, though with Atalante's and the childrens vouching, the faunus on Menagerie didn't harass him to much. Although the White Fang, did send several members to attack him, he always sent them back beaten and bruised. He didn't kill them as he didn't want to create more trouble towards the children.
The two servants didn't have to worry much though, as the ruler of Menagerie reached out to them, wanting to thank them for helping faunus children escape abuse. The White Fang, seeing that the two outsiders were on good terms with Ghira and Kali, decided to stop, for now.
Right now, the two servants had established a large orphanage called Arcadia with the help of Ghira and Kali, and some of Hundred Faces' other selves acting as personnel. The establishment of the orphanage went without a hitch, with the children being fed, taught how to read and write, and trained in basic self defense.

-Vale-
The main Hundred Faces was acting as head of the Hashashins. The Hashashins were a group of assassins that suddenly appeared in Vale's criminal underground.
As of right now, the assassin organization is the leading force in Vale's underground, as even it's king, Hei Xiong, is afraid of invoking their wrath. Even Roman Torchwick, layed low, afraid that he would become the next target.
Their fear towards the Hashashins are only growing by the day as they know little about them, where they came from, how many members they have, where their base is located. The only thing that Hashashins let them know was that the one leading them was called Hassan.
The council of Vale tried to conduct an investigation towards the Hashashins, wanting to use the assassins. The investigation was called off after a day though, as the family members of the council and even several of their members were assassinated. After that incident, the council has decided not to look into the Hashashins ever again.
Vale's criminal underground, no matter what they do, would never be able to escape Jaune's control.

-Beacon-
The students were filing out of combat class, excitedly chattering about the fight that they just witnessed.
Glynda on the other hand is sulking, as she looked on the ruined arena. She knows that even with her control of her semblance, it would take her several hours to fix this.
Jaune noticed his professor's expression, and couldn't help but feel guilty about the damage he took part in. Bidding goodbye to his team and RWBY, he made his way towards the beautiful professor.
"Hey there, professor Goodwitch, do you mind if I lend you a hand?"
Glynda was surprised when she heard someone asking if he could help her. When she looked on over, she saw Jaune standing near her with a sheepish smile while scratching the back of his neck.
Glynda stood there frozen for a moment, before accepting the blonde knights aid. Jaune smiled warmly as he began picking up the debris.
Glynda watched her student work making her smile beautifully, and soon the blonde duo of teacher and student began working together in a comfortable silence.
