Someone knocked on my bedroom door and I got up off my bed, closing my laptop and walking over to the door, opening it.
"Oh. Hey, Sam. We got a case?" I asked.
"Yeah. Hey, is it okay if it's just me and Dean on this one? You and Jack can stay behind and bond." Sam asked me. "I know you guys never got to finish Clone Wars."
"That'd be nice. Sam, you take care of Dean. He does some pretty stupid stuff when you're not around." I told him.
Sam smiled. "Trust me, I know." he looked into my room and saw my laptop closed on my bed. "What were you doing?"
"Oh. I was writing something."
"Writing?"
"Yeah. My dad said if I weren't a Hunter, I should have been an author." I answered.
"You any good?" he asked as I walked out of my room and followed him down the hall.
"Somewhat. Anyways, where are you guys going?" I asked him as we met up with Dean.
"This kid named Shawn Raider was found wandering on the side of the road near Grand Junction, Colorado, bleeding from the head. And the only words from his mouth: monster." Dean answered.
"Cool. So, you guys check it out while Jack and I have a chill day. Watch movies, do our nails..."
Dean smiled and laughed lightly. "Yeah, okay, Anna. Have fun."
"Try not to get killed, Dean." I said to him as the two brothers walked up the stairs of the bunker and headed outside.
I walked back into the hall and knocked on Jack's room, having him open the door and look at me. "Hey, Anna. Where are Sam and Dean?"
"They went to work on a case. Thought we could stay here today and watch movies." I suggested.
"That sounds like fun." Jack said.
"Great. Want to watch in my room, or here?" I asked him.
"We can watch in here." Jack said and sat back on his bed as I took a seat next to him, watching as he opened back up his laptop and went onto a site where we could watch all the Star Wars movies.
"How long are Sam and Dean gonna be gone?" Jack asked as he started the entire series over, starting on A New Hope.
"Well, they're in Colorado looking for....something. So, my best guess is maybe a day?"
"Cool. That will give us enough time to watch the movies." Jack said with a smile, the both of us settling back against the headboard to watch the movie off the computer screen.
By the time we had finished our first movie of our binge, I was starting to feel a bit hungry.
"Hey, Jack, you getting hungry?" I asked as I got up off the bed.
"A little bit. But we don't have any leftovers." Jack answered.
"Then we'll make something. Come on." I took his hand and led him out of his room and into the kitchen, letting go of his hand and finding a recipe book on the counter by the knives.
Jack walked over and peered over my shoulder to see the recipes. "What's lasagna?"
I looked at him. "Well, I guess I know what we're making."
"How do we make it?" Jack asked as he followed me around the kitchen.
"We just follow the instructions." I answered, looking down at the page. "Could you get a can of tomato paste and crushed tomatoes? They're in the cabinet right there." I pointed up top to an open cabinet was, the tomato paste and other ingredients were there.
"Sure." he answered, using his power to levitate the two cans and bring them down to the counter as I prepped the noddles, meat, and cheese.
"You're getting better." I said to him with a smile.
"How do we do this?" Jack asked as I got the ingredients out.
"Come over here. I'll show you." I said as I set a pot on the stovetop and put the flame on medium heat, handing him the spoon. "You're cooking."
"I don't know how." Jack replied and hesitantly took the spoon from me.
"I'll walk you through it." I said. "Okay, so you put a pound each of the Italian sausage and ground beef into the pot, and then just start breaking up the meat with the spoon."
He started breaking up the meat and stirring it around in the pot. "What now?"
"I'll do this one. You just keep mixing." I said as I grabbed a bowel of chopped onion and poured the bowl in, getting the cloves out and doing the same with them, setting them aside.
"Okay. We got the meat and the filling in. Well use the tomato sauce and paste for the sauce. Let's start with the noodles." I got out a glass pan and a box of lasagna noodles from the cabinet.
"What do we do now?" Jack asked curiously.
"We just take out the noodles and set them along the bottom of the pan. You can do that while I get the water." I said to him and went over to the sink, filling up a glass mesurons cup with hot water and coming back over to Jack.
"Like this?" Jack finished layering the bottom of the pan.
"Perfect." I said with a smile at him and poured the water into the pan, covering the noodles. "Now we just wait for about half an hour for the noodles to soak in all the water to make it soft."
"What do you want to do while we wait?" Jack asked.
"Don't know. Talk? Dance?" I suggested.
"Dance?"
"Hmm? Oh, yeah. It's just something my father and I would do when we're making cookies or stuff." I nodded.
"Do you like to dance?" Jack asked.
"Yeah. I love dancing. I find it relaxing." I said.
"I've never danced. But....you want to?" Jack asked me with a small smile.
I smiled. "Sure."
"You might need to teach me." Jack said as he held out his hand to me.

We were laying in Jack's bed after having eaten a slice each of the lasagna, Return of the Jedi paused on his laptop at the door of the bed.
"You didn't burn your first dish like I did. Good job." I said with a tired smile at Jack. "I always forgot the lasagna makes me sleepy."
"Why?" Jack asked, stifling his own yawn.
"No idea. Does the same thing for me when I have Chinese food." I answered.
"Anna?"
"Hmm?"
"Thanks for the dance lesson. You were right." Jack said. "it is relaxing."
I smiled. "I'm always right."
He chuckled lightly. "Yeah, okay," he went silent for a bit before speaking again. "I had fun today."
"Yeah. It was nice to just hang out." I answered, rolling into my side and looking at him.
"What do you think Sam and Dean are doing right now?" Jack asked.
"Probably hacking somebody's head off." I answered.
"Probably." he answered with a smile, hesitating before reaching his hand out and tucking a lock of hair behind my ear.
I smiled softly. "Jack?"
"Yeah?"
"I might just get some sleep. I didn't get much sleep last night. Is that alright with you?" I asked.
"Yeah. Yeah, it's alright. Honestly, I might as well. Using my powers still takes a toll on me." he said, "do you just wanna.....stay here?"
"Sure. But fair warning. I'm a cuddler." I told him.
"I have a feeling so am I." he answered with a smile, wrapping his arms around me and let me move closer to his side.
